Gromit was sitting in the bar waiting for Wallace. "Any day now Wallace.." he said frustrartedly. He thought he was gonna loose it if he had to wait one more minute. Suddenly, there he was! Wallace sat down silently and shot a disgruntled look at Gromit. "So what? What is it Gromit?" he finally asked.

"Aww, are you upset because Wensleydale didn't win?" asked Gromit rudely.

"Did someone already tell you?" Wallace asked.

"No no, just listen to why I wanted to talk to you." Gromit replied. "I've already experienced this day three times in a row!" said Gromit slowly. He noticed Wallace's eyes fill up with anger. "I've had about just enough of your awful behavior. You're here making up fake stories just to avoid this important thing to me. Don't you know how lonely it was back there!?" asked Wallace angrily. He was already getting ready to leave until Gromit barked "Heey! Hey.. Now you just stay real still because I'm serious! This day really has been repeating, and everything you already said to me was exactly what I knew you were gonna say.". He could see that Wallace didn't believe him one bit.

"Come on Wallace, you're an inventor who made such unbelievable things come true, so why won't you believe me!?" he asked desperately.

"Because it sounds to unbelievable even for my standards. Well, then again.." Wallace responded.

"Ugh I've had enough of this! I'm in a traumatizing situation and you're not even willing to listen to me because I'm such a terrible individual or something!!" shouted Gromit.

"Yes Gromit, you've been very selfish and self centered recently and it's been very stressful." responded Wallace, staring right into Gromit's eyes. Tears began to trickle down Gromit's cheeks. "Selfish? Me?" he exclaimed in disbelief. "I'm done. I don't want to see you ever again!" he shouted, storming out of the bar, which was strangely quiet. Everyone in the bar turned to stare at Wallace. "What a baby.." Wallace thought to himself.

Meanwhile, Gromit spent the remainder of his day wandering aimlessly around the streets, he felt so lost and numb. It was late at night when Gromit finally stopped wandering and laid on a bench, exhausted and weak. He was completely drained from all the crying and soon fell asleep, alone and far from home.

Gromit suddenly woke up! "Rise and shine everybody, because it's Lancashire's cheese of the year day!!". Gromit stayed on his bed. He had lost all his hopes for a different day. This was just his life now he thought, when an idea struck him. If his day were to reset as if the previous one never occurred, he would have the freedom to do whatever he wanted, knowing that tomorrow would bring no consequences. Gromit jumped out his bed and rushed to the kitchen! "Heyy Wallace don't mind if I take that cheese.." he said sneakly, walking out of the house with the stolen cheese! Wallace rushed after Gromit up to the front of the house. "Gromit!! Have you gone crackers!!? Come back with me cheese!!" Wallace yelled and shouted, but it was no use. "Hah, not a chance!" laughed Gromit running down the street.

Next morning Gromit walked into the kitchen as per usual and called out to Wallace. "Ooh, Good morning Wallace! You know what day it is today!? That's right, Gromit doing whatever the heck he wants!" he said while filling his cup to the brim and violently drinking it all, causing him to pass out.

About ten days passed and all Gromit would do was fool around doing whatever he wanted. During this time, he would make up serious speeches about the silliest of things or either breaking his alarm clock and happily going back to sleep. But it quickly started to grow old and it all seemed so pointless.

One morning he woke up to his alarm and thought he was gonna loose it. Gromit groaned loudly. "I can't take it any longer!! It's just the same thing over and over and oveeer again! It's driving me crazy!!" he shouted.

Gromit made his decision, he didn't want to see anyone. Gromit stormed up to his door and locked it. He collapsed onto the door, overwhelmed with sorrow. Gromit brought his head to his knees and questioned why it had to be him experiencing this. He kept locking himself for days and became increasingly depressed. He lost count of days and couldn't get himself to do anything. Wallace was extremely worried but decided to leave him alone.

One night, Gromit was fast asleep. He woke up and looked around. Gromit shook himself. He was in his bed but all around him was pitch black. He was in a type of void. He was about to get up from his bed when he saw a figurine slowly walking towards him. Gromit silently stared at it, he couldn't make out who it was. The figurine's silhouette wasn't recognizable to him. The figurine stood still, frozen in time.

A minute of silence passed, when the figurine started to squirm. It was forming into a ghoulish creature! It made horrific sounds as it started to get bigger. Gromit froze in fear when suddenly, hands from within his bed started pulling him in! "Please, let go of me!!" he cried, as he was sinking in his bed.

He fell through into complete darkness, when he suddenly spotted a door of light. He couldn't believe his eyes. There it was! Gromit desperately started running towards it but right before he could run inside to the light, the door disappeared. Gromit started to feel dizzy as demonic voices started yelling "You'll never escape this never ending hell!!" Gromit's world crumbled around him as he grabbed his head in anguish and dropped to his knees.

He covered his eyes and started shaking all over. It was like the whole world was burning down around him. "You'll never escapeee... You'll never escape!!" the voices yelled. He started sobbing uncontrollably. With each gasping breath, Gromit's pain cut deeper and deeper. "Please.." he whispered. "Must I be the victim of this evil curse? Please.. Show me some mercy.." he pleaded.

In that moment, Gromit's vulnerability screamed volumes. Closed into a shell, trying to protect himself from the horrors surrounding him. He was a complete mess.

 He was a complete mess
