Isaac asks why everyone is screaming and why I started to yell with fear. "My water broke!" I screamed.

My father picks me up and carries me to the car.To the hospital we go...

Katelynn and the other guests leave. Isaac doesn't leave for a second. He grasps my hand while were in the car to the hospital. This feeling feels so familiar.

Scared to death, in the car in a frantic rush to the hospital. Having cancer has caused me to go through this many times.

Once we get to the hospital, We run to the front doors. I am rushed into a room. This is all going so fast.

In no time, I get many contractions. The sharp pain makes it's way around my body. It was even more painful than not being able to breathe. But less painful than hearing the news of Gus' death.

Isaac is at my side, still clings onto my hand. A doctor hooks up an oxygen machine to my tubes that go into my nose.

"Isaac!!!" I scream. As another contraction comes. "Yeah?" He asks.

"Don't... Let.... Go...!!!" I reply.

"Okay." He says back.

"Okay.." I say.

"Okay." He continues. Oh god, He is acting just like Gus...

"Okay." I laugh. Isaac has no idea about the okay thing with Augustus and I.

Finally, The doctor who is delivering the babies starts to tell me some things

"Being almost two months early, the babies may not survive through birth" He says.

I feel as if the oxygen machine beside me has just turned off. I can't breathe. My babies may not survive.

"If they do survive, they will most likely have some birth defects." The doctor continues.

I nod. I pray for my babies lives to be saved.

An hour passes before it is time to push. The time is finally here. I am pushing my babies out.

"HOLD ON!" I scream at Isaac.

"I AM!" He yells back.

"SHUT UP!" I reply.

That shuts Isaac up. He continues to hold onto my hand though.

I hear a cry. The first baby is out.

"Jayden Isaac Waters has been born!" The doctor cheers.

Only a few minutes after his sister, Augustus Lancaster Waters is born."

Both the babies are put into my arms. They both survived. They are okay.

Both of the babies have Augustus' brown hair. Augustus Jr. has his blue eyes. Jayden has my green ones. The are perfect.

The cries of the babies continue for a couple of minutes. Only Augustus seems to calm down.

No, It's not the calmness that has him stop crying. I feel his chest, listen for his soft breathing.

All I hear is silence. A deadly, horrible silence. The same one I heard after Augustus took his last breath.
