Inosuke dives off the roof while he has the chance

Inosuke: "Let's get away from this crazy psycho! I'm telling Tanjiro!"

Kanao: "Y-You dare t-tell... TANJIRO!"

She regenerates immediately

Inosuke: "Shoot!"

Inosuke quickly gets out her sight

Inosuke: "Are you ok, Kocho?"

Shinobu wakes up

Shinobu: "Ha... Please tell me it's just a drea- Haha... It's not... I know because me and you are injured to the point our meat and flesh is showing completely..."

Inosuke: "Just hang on Shinobu! I-I'll save both of us!"

Shinobu: "O-Ok..."

A waterfall of blood floods Inosuke

Inosuke: "Huh?"

He sees all of Shinobu's organs exposed and burning

Inosuke: "S-Shinobu!"

Shinobu: "Ha... Hurts like hell... Why... Would you do this dear sister..?"

She turns to face the 'Imouto' (younger sister) she once knew

Shinobu: "If you have changed... So have I."

She tumbles out Inosuke's arms

Inosuke: "S-Shinobu!"

Shinobu "Do you trust me?"

Inosuke: "Of course..."

Shinobu: "Put my katana in my teeth and lunge wherever I say, even if it sounds stupid!"

Inosuke: "Ok!"

He grabs her katana, no hesitation and shoves it into Shinobu's mouth. He willingly picks her up and lunges at Kanao who has been silently listening to their conversation the whole time.

Kanao: "Useless... stupidstupidstupidstupid BRAT! LET GO OF MY SISTER!"

Inosuke: "LEAVE HER ALONE! HE OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T WANT TO BE WITH YOU!"

Shinobu: "Straight Forward."

He charges at Kanao in a straight line, which she uses the opportunity of the obvious move to reach her hand inside him.

Kanao: "I'll let you know, when I say I hate your guts, I don't really mean it. I love your guts. They'll probably taste delicious."

Inosuke freezes in shock and horror till Shinobu shouts him back to reality

He regains consciousness to find himself handless, pinned to the floor. Kanao's mouth was buried deep in his chest.

Inosuke: "CUT THAT CRAP OUT!" He shouts, screaming violently in pain.

Kanao: "Heheh... You're both dead. You know Inosuke, I love you, but you'll never be as cute as Tanjiro." She giggles obsessively.

Inosuke pushes her off of his chest

Inosuke's thoughts: "Shoot! I don't have enough energy to fight! I'm fading away from blood loss... Make me make something worth of it..."

Kanao: "Game over." She state seriously.

She pounces onto Inosuke

Inosuke: "A-Ahhh!"

She reaches her hand inside him, yet again but this time, she isn't pulled back.
