POV: After El Darado JJ and Kiara got married and moved into a good sized house right in the middle of figure eight and the cut. They recently just welcomed they're baby girl lilah who's 5 months old

I couldn't have been happier after we welcomed our baby girl lilah into the world but even with all the happiness things just weren't the same. I felt as if our marriage was drifting apart we were both always so exhausted who knew one tiny little baby could tire us out so much. Don't get me wrong I love our lil girl and I wouldn't change a thing but everyone needs a break now and then. Kiara was had suffered with very bad postpartum depression she was always doubting herself as mom especially to a girl she always thought boys were much easier. She didn't wanna end up like her mom have a bad relationship with our daughter. Anna and kiara's relationship still isn't good it's gotten better but Kiara still can't fully trust her after everything with camp but it's slowly getting better. Anna's and Mike have met Lilah Kie wanted Lilah to atleast know one set of grandparents and since mine we're definitely not an option that left Mike and Anna. They aren't so bad anymore I mean they actually treat me like a human being now and not like just some pougue from the cut. But at times they could be very judge mental, they criticize everything about our lives and how we parent which really gets to Kiara which is part of why Kiaras postpartum depression is so bad she doesn't wanna end up like them. I knew she wouldn't Kiara is nothing like her mother and no matter how many times I tell her she still doubts herself. Today I decided we needed a break from parenting for a day
And needed time to just focus on our relationship I love Kiara and I know she loves me and I don't want that slipping away.
I'm not a morning person at all but Lilah has no care for that woke up bright and early this morning at around 4 AM Kie and I both woke up to get her I made her go back to sleep though. Everytime Lilah wakes up crying she wakes up immediately worried so this time I decided let her sleep a bit more she needed we both did. Popes still in school studying to be a forensic scientist but since he's home for the summer he offered to babysit Lilah for the day well technically his mom and Heyward did but he's always down to babysit Lilah or Ethan and Charlie those are John B and Sarah's kids I would usually ask them to babysit but they already have enough kids to watch of their own. I packed Lilahs bags then went to go get her to give her a morning bottle.
"Morning Princess" jj says feeding Lilah her bottle once I had burped her and changed her diaper I left to bring Lilah to Popes before Kie woke up so she didn't have to worry about anything and could just sleep I knew if I had told her the night before or told her before I left so she could say goodbye she would be to worried and wouldn't even sleep. Once we arrived at popes Ivonne and Heyward were already outside waiting for the Lilah. The Heywards were always good to us we may have had our ups and downs but they've always welcomed us pougues in with open arms and once we had kids it was they were the exact same to them if not more loving towards them they treated them just like there grandkids even though they weren't. Constantly spoiling them and always offering to babysit. I could barely get a chance to park before they were already at the back door of the car ready to grab Lilah.
"Ah there she is our favorite Maybank" said Heyward
"Well hello there beautiful girl I haven't seen you in forever your getting so big." Ivonne said hugging Lilah
"Well good morning to you guys too" I said laughing
Grabing all of Lilahs stuff.
"Oh yeah good morning JJ" they both replied quickly then soon turned there attention back to the blonde haired baby in Ivonne's arms.
"Where's popey" JJ replied
"Oh he's still asleep I think cmon Lilah let's go wake up Uncle popes lazy ass" Heyward replied using a baby voice
Lilah had giggled in returned then they continued to wake up pope. Once they reached popes room they sat Lilah down right on top of him forcing pope up.
