6. Life

A few weeks have passed since the trial. Theo resumed his activities quickly after the verdict was released. He did a few interviews and TV appearances to reassure everyone that this story is in the past and everything is going well. He is grateful for the people who have helped him, his fans, and the public who have supported him in this matter. He promises to work hard to prove to them that he remembers them and that he is aware of all the support they give him.

The group managed to stay in touch. They see each other occasionally, all with busy schedules, and finding time off is difficult. No one would bet they would keep in touch but are having a good time together. Finally, Theo's file will have allowed everyone to meet like what, sometimes you have to let fate act.

Seo Joon and Ji Wook are still working at Kim's Law Office. They each have new cases to deal with and are just as busy as before. The only thing that has changed is their relationship. You could tell they are now friends. Shortly after the trial, they spent an evening with Theo and Todd. The four had a great time and the two lawyers noticed that they got along quite well. After clarifying their prejudices towards each other, they realized that their lives were similar despite everything. They made an effort and over time their friendship grew more assertive. By the way, Seo Joon threw a crazy idea at Ji Wook some time ago. Open their own law firm. It's an idea he's had in mind for a while. He has been with the same firm for years. It has given him experience and a good reputation, but now is the time for him to stand on his own feet. Come to think of it, who better to be his partner than Ji Wook, he's an excellent lawyer, he already works together and the past few weeks have proven that they can work together without wanting to kill each other. Seo Joon also shared his idea with Hyung Sik, he is soon finishing his law school and he would love to have it with him. He enjoys his work ethic and he already gets along well with the two lawyers.

After thinking about it a bit, Ji Wook increasingly likes the idea. He knows that finding clients will be easy with their reputations. Although he's a little skeptical of only working with Seo Joon for a start, he knows the last few weeks have gone well. At one point, you have to move on and this is the moment it is happening. They went to talk to their boss about their ideas and of course, Kim Seung Min supported them. He still tried to argue a bit to keep them but he knew at one point the two would want to leave. He hadn't expected them to become partners, but he's delighted to see the two get along better. Losing his two best lawyers is not very pleasant for him but he is happy for them, he knows they will get there.

After confirming their departure, it is time for them to find a building to make their office. They would like to stay close to the city center to facilitate customer access. Hyung Sik, officially engaged, is also participating in the search for their new office. He has visited many, determined to find the perfect location, but after many visits that have come to nothing, he begins to despair. It's in the late afternoon, as he is walking through the city center, that he walks past an old building that looks like it is well maintained. A magnificent building, Haussmann style, would be perfect for their office, it is as he approaches that he sees the sign for rent on the window written in small.

– Well it's your lucky day ! It's normal that you didn't find an ad, there are none and we put up the sign this morning. But you're lucky, the space on the 3rd floor becomes available next week. It was a small cafe, they're relocating, they need more room. We can go visit it now if you want.
