Seokjin suffers from another Nightmare.
And it's not as intense as they were before but Namjoon hates it's occurence either way.He has resigned from sleep, choosing to look over the Omega for any discomfort he might feel .The after effects last longer and he wasn't hundred percent sure about the balm
"So I am your lab rat"
He didn't liked it back then but now it seems like he is experimenting on Seokjin.Even though it hadn't turned into anything fatal.Physically
But then Seokjin whimpers,sounding absolutely terrorised.
At first Namjoon looked around the room for anything suspicious but it turned out in vain.Ofcourse,who will be able to pass the spell barrier without him being notified about it .
Then it was the light tremors that shooks Seokjin as his brows furrow and face twists in mortification.Paler and paler as if he's being confronted by something so horrible
Horrible than Namjoon ? He is ruthless most of the times and would take more than given if he wants .And Seokjin,his little wolf ,is a strange mixture of naive and bold.Courageous and timid at times and outrageously kind than him who is thrice his size .And when he is driven by lust,god damn minx !
Seokjin whimpers again,twisting sideways and his lips form a nearly traumatizing scream of "Stop"
Namjoon stills , heart ramming in his cage .
He wants to reach out but is afraid . Nightmares are to be dealt with caution
Should he jerk him awake? Hold him close or not touch him at all ?
He had dealt with one of his nightmares and Seokjin had calmed down.Maybe this time it will work too ?
Being powerless is frightening.If it was possible he would have stepped in his head and ward off whatever was haunting him.
He slides closer because that's the only thing he can do ,help him with his physical presence.Now he envies Yoongi and his ability to rewrite alternative visions .
After another thought,he wraps his hand around Seokjin and waits , testing the Omega's reaction.
Seokjin stops fidgeting and his frown lines vanish .He leaves a deep sigh before slipping into a dreamless slumber.
Namjoon doesn't sleep at all then but a small smile of satisfaction pulls up on his face.
"My Omega finds comfort in me"
When the dawn cracks through the orange pallete , Namjoon slips out of the bed after tucking more blankets around Seokjin.
He dont want to but he have few errands to take care of.Hopefully he will return before the Omega wakes up .
His workspace is exactly how he left it after Hoseok's visit .God has it been two weeks already?
It looks like his workload increased tenfold in those weeks and Namjoon groans ,padding to the table
