Taehyung elbows him and clears his throat.He picks up a rectangular wrapped gift "Well ,I did.But don't think it means anything more than a thank you gift,okay ?"
He looks back at Seokjin "For bringing him here"
"Awww.Come here ,I am going to miss you" Seokjin hugs him warmly
"Why don't you stay longer?"
Taehyung asks hopefully as they pull away
"Do you want to stay?"
It was Namjoon's voice and it was the first time he had spoke since they entered the foyer
"Will you let him?"
Taehyung stares at him with bright, expectant eyes
"Some other time"
Seokjin says before Namjoon could go ahead and agree.
"Right Joonie?"
He tilts his head and sighs in relief when the demon nods, clutching his gift tight "We can contact and decide "
"There's the winter ball coming in few months.Right after Blood Moon.Fancy an invite?"
Jungkook grins , offering a handshake
"Sounds perfect! Jin,you will be coming right ?"
Seokjin looks at Namjoon who was slowly drifting out of the conversation,lost in his thoughts.The rock settles deeper into his chest but Seokjin manages to swallow it and nod
"We will look forward to it"
"Yes!"
Taehyung hops into his embrace ,laughing
Namjoon shakes hands with Jungkook "We will see each other soon"
The Vampire ducks in understanding, knowing the real intent behind Namjoon's words.He hope the demon manages to keep his promise.
It will benefit their Kingdom and safeguard their humans
"Let's go?"
Namjoon turns to Seokjin who blinks ,taken off-guard when a hand wraps around his waist
"Yes"
The warmth consoles him and he smiles ,waving at their hosts before Namjoon opens a portal for them
He steps in after Namjoon,the tell tale warmth of the demon's hand following him.
"See you again"
He waves one last time at Taehyung who slowly shrinks in his vision as the portal closes up before them
