                         Jordan Pov

One thing was for sure, Ella now became super strict and a soda fan.

Now, we all stood-wearing work out clothes- outside in the hot sun, in Ella's backyard.

It was designed as a fighting ring, the dirt smoothed out, a long line going around in a complete full circle, swords, daggers, blades etc. stood on a pole thingy. -A/N don't know the name for it!- Ella stood, one arm on hip the other holding her coke, next to Zoe and Lloyd.

Michael and I stood in the ring, holding our weapons. His a dagger and mine a 4 foot long sword with double edging. He would lose easily.

"I'm sorry, but what is the whole purpose of this?" I asked.

"This will help grow the little muscle you have and the little intelligence that your small brain contains. Not only will you get better stamina but you will get to train with different types of people. Don't hesitate, pretend that your opponent is your enemy and that your at war." a pause came after that,"Go!"

It took me a second to regain myself and before I knew it Michael was coming at me.

Luckily, I dodged his swing.

"What, I wasn't ready or looking!"

"No, I said to not hesitate and Jordan, if we were in actual war you'd be dead! Pay attention!" yep, Ella wasn't the old Ella I knew she has changed.

I sighed and got in my stance form. Michael turned around, smirking and came at me with incredible speed that I barely had time to block his swing.

My sword collided with his dagger making that annoying, irritating sound I despise. I faced Michael's sweating face and kicked him.

He fell back, but caught his balance just in time. His dagger scattered out of his grasp and it was just enough time for me to come at him.

I stood in front of him and set my sword on his throat. I won! Yay

I smiled and looked at Ella, who now had her arms folded, eyes narrowed.

Then, I felt a hand grip my shin and pulled it making me fall back hard. I grunted as my sword fell next to me. Michael hulled me up, swung me around and set my sword's sharp side on my throat. My breaths began to grow heavy.

I held on tight to the sword's hilt and hit his stomach with my elbow. I grabbed the sword with fast speed, but I felt Michael hit my back's soft spot.

A gasp escaped from me as I fell onto the ground. I caught myself with my hands and turned around to find Michael staring at my next move. The dagger was just near my reach.

Locking eyes with Michael, I grabbed the dagger and at the same time he came at me, both hands on the hilt.

I turned around just in time and blocked the sword's swing at me. I grinned and using the dagger, swung his sword making it fly up into the air.

While Michael was looking up, I kicked him hard once more, got up with such speed and grabbed the sword just in time before it hit the ground.

Michael was defenceless now and I had both weapons at hand. I set the sword on his throat and set the dagger at ready.

"Alright, that's enough before one of you kills the other. You both did good, break time." Ella walked back into the house, leaving us in the blazing hot sun.

Both me and Michael were sweating hard, red and breathing hard. I helped Michael up and set the weapons back in their place.

Then, I followed everyone into the cool, shady house.

Holding on tight to my sword, I locked eyes with Kirihara. She stood, holding onto her sword, smirking at me. Everyone all around the outside arena hollering and chanting Kirihara Kirihara! The cool breeze blowing our hair back.

"You can still back down you know?" Kirihara smiled at me. She stood, head held high a few feet from me.

"You'd love that wouldn't you, hmpf I never back down to a fight. Are you to scared to lose to me?" I swung my sword onto my shoulder and cocked my head, eyes closed.

"Alright well hope you had a nice life." what?

I reopened my eyes and gasped. She was already coming at me, with such incredible speed. I had no time to react.

I held on tight to my sword, shaking a little bit and blocked her swing. Our swords colliding. my face just inches from hers.

I sighed and walked back, waiting for an attack.

Then, I saw something glitter. At first I was confused, but then I dodged my head to the left and knew what she had thrown at me.

The hidden blade passed my face, if I hadn't dodged it I would be a goner. It flew past me and stuck to the wall's arena. I looked back at Kirihara, but she was gone. Missing.

I looked all around for her, but couldn't find her.

Then, I heard the crowd gasp. I turned around and my eyes popped out. A blade wall was coming at me, really fast. Kirihara stood behind it and kept throwing hidden blades at me.

I threw my sword to the right and right before the first few blades hit me, I did a back flip to the right and then did cart-wheels. I could hear the blades passing me as I dodged them.

Landing, I looked up and caught my sword. Then, it hit me Kirihara was trying to kill me!

I looked back and ran to Kirihara, hands holding onto my sword tightly. She was really good and had amazing stamina.

Kirihara turned at me, like she expected it and stepped to the side. It took me by surprise.

I had to dig my heels into the soil ground to finally stop. Once again, I turned to find Kirihara nowhere. I turned in a complete circle to find her nowhere. Confused, I walked backwards sword at the ready.

My back hit the hard wall, making me stop. Something was fishy. I smelled smoke but couldn't find the source of it.

Then, a huge cloud of white smoke began to rise from a small place at the other end of the arena. It was slowly making it's way over here. Expanding as it approached. Soon, I couldn't see the arena at all.

I could only see shadows sitting, which was the audience watching. I couldn't find Kirihara's shadow at all.

My heart began to hammer in my chest.

Then, I saw small shadows coming at me once more. I recognized them very easy.

Swords

I jumped up and heard them cling to the wall. I landed on one and saw a long, scattered trail of swords. It was like a bridge.

I ran and jumped onto the sword bride, some were far apart but I still could make it. On my way, I grabbed a flying sword and held on tight to both swords as I ran.

Pretty soon, I noticed a long shadow figure standing right there. I smiled, hopping off and ran to Kirihara.

This time she didn't turn or nothing. Using the right sword-mine-I rose the sword up and swung it at Kirihara. It slit in a diagonal form, and her top half fell backwards. I felt pride and joy.

Then, the mist began to dissolve and I stared at the fallen, now dead Kirihara.

My heart sank, that wasn't Kirihara. It was a wooden dummy.

Something cold was set on the back of my neck, I gulped in fear. I knew who exactly it was and what she was holding.

My life was now in Kirihara's hands. Just one pull of the trigger and I would be a goner.
