It was June 5, 2015 exactly 13 years ago today, Steve Rogers and his gay lover, Bucky Barnes adopted their daughter, Grace Rogers-Barnes.
The gay lovers didn't know the exact day of their daughter's birth, only that she was 14 years old. So instead of throwing a birthday party for her, they threw her an adoption party.
Every year they'd invite Grace's closest friends, themselves. The thing about Grace was that she is homeschooled and quite socially awkward so she didn't have many friends.
The thing the fathers didn't know was that Grace's best friend was one she met digitally. Also they are 90 so they have no fucking clue what the internet is.
But anyways, everyday Grace would go onto her phone and talk to her best friend, Brigitte.
GRB: hey did you hear about the endless yeezus froot tour?
BB: the what?
GRB: Kanye, Lana and Marina r going on tour together
GRB: the tour starts here in NYC
BB: OMG i have 2 convince my mom to let me go!!!
GRB: i wish i had a mom
BB: haha lol g2g

The next day Brigitte messaged Grace again.

BB: my mom said i could go!!
GRB: OMG i have 2 make sure i can go!!!
BB: lol c u 2morrow

Grace frantically ran downstairs to confront her dads about the concert, "Dads, I wanna go to a concert tomorrow can I please?"
Steve put down the newspaper he was reading to look at his daughter, "what's the concert?"
"The Endless Yeezus Froot Tour."
Bucky looked at his daughter, "what the hell is a Yeezus?"
Grace shrugged, "idfk it's a Kanye thing I wanna go for the endless and froot. Thats Lana del Rey and Marina and the Diamonds."
Steve smiled, "isn't Marina the one with the heart on her cheek?"
Grace sighed obviously ticked off by her father's lack of knowledge, "yes and no. Technically the heart was only for the Electra Heart era."
Steve and Bucky looked at eachother. "Uh ok honey, whatever you say," said Steve, "also, I guess you can go to the concert."
Grace shrieked, "THANKS DADS I'LL GO BUY THE TICKETS!"
