"Guys, check this out. It's us!" Jay said in amazement as he pointed at the walls of the light temple. The grand structure the team had just entered was painted with pictures representing many things the ninja had accomplished.
"That's... you?" (y/n) asked, his hand still squeezing Jay's hand in his. Jay nodded furiously before pointing to another painting with his free hand.
"Look, look! That's us fighting against the Serpentine, and the skeletons!" Jay boasted about their past victories, but (y/n) only gripped Jay's hand tighter upon the mention of skeletons.
"Yeah, but that's impossible. It's everything we've ever done!" Kai exclaimed from another side of the building.
"Finding the Bounty, facing the Devourer, even right now." Cole let out as he skimmed past the pictures.
"Even you're here!" Jay said as he and (y/n) turned to the picture Cole was referring to. The picture looked grand, five figures with weapons in a golden temple, except there was a small stick figure with horns in the corner. Kai almost snickered, but kept it in, for his own sake.
"How could it all be here?" Zane questioned as he placed a hand on a pillar standing near the middle of the temple. There were three other identical pillars in the temple, and even a giant golden bell hung in the middle.
"Destiny." Lloyd answered with a single word before continuing.
"I think I know what we need to do." He said as he wiped a layer of dust off the ground, revealing a green symbol of some kind underneath. The ninja helped wipe more dust away, three of them finding a white, black, and a red symbol as well, all in front of a pillar of their own. Jay let go of (y/n)'s hand and found a blue symbol, before the five stepped on their respective symbols. (y/n) looked from the sidelines as... nothing happened?
"Okay, now what?" Lloyd tilted his head slightly when the sound of growling and heavy footsteps suddenly sounded from not very far away.
"They have caught up. Do what you need to do then let's go!" (y/n) urged the ninja to hurry as the sound of the stone warriors got increasingly louder.
"Why does everything have to be so hard?!" Cole groaned when Lloyd started looking around slightly panicked, before he noticed the bell right above him.
"The bell! It's an instrument. You guys ready for this?" Lloyd called to the four other ninja as (y/n) backed far away from the center of the temple.
"Bring it." Cole smirked as Lloyd took a running start towards one of the pillars. Using the pillar as a boost, he jumped and kicked the golden bell as the loud sound echoed through the entire mountain. When Lloyd landed back on the ground, a golden light shone beneath him.
"Whoa! What's happening?!" He called out, a little distressed.
"No one move!" Zane instructed them, and nobody moved an inch, and Lloyd started floating in the middle of it all. The light started glowing brighter, and soon it was bursting through the temple. It hit the pillars and the corners of the building, barely grazing past the spot (y/n) was standing in. When the light went past the ninja, their gis changed, like magic. And the four suddenly had swords of their own.
"Guys, send him your powers!" Kai called, and without delay the team started sending power from their newly acquired swords. It seemed to be doing something, when suddenly the golden light disappeared, and Lloyd fell down.
"Lloyd!" Kai called in worry, but Lloyd was quick to shoot up with a confident expression.
"Let Stone Warriors have it!" He shouted as (y/n) gripped his spear and ran to Jay's side.
