It was around sunrise that Jacob woke up suddenly, his senses heightened and on red alert. Sweat dripping off his forehead. His brows riddled with worry.
'Jake, what's wrong?' questioned Y/n, getting worried now too.
'The pack wants a meeting, I have to go' said Jake, getting out of bed.
'Do you want me to stay here?' asked Y/n.
'I'd like you to come with me, if you want to. Your just as much as part of the pack than I am' said Jake, with a smile. Y/n was about to speak when Jake cut her off. '-And I know that your not a wolf but you are special Y/n, not just to me but to everyone' said Jacob, warmly.
Y/n smiled and leaned in to kiss him, he gladly welcomed the kiss. They pulled away smiling stupidly. With such a abrupt start to the day they almost had forgotten the events of last night.
'Jake about last night..' started Y/n, looking into his eyes. Jake waited for her to continue.
'It was everything. It means everything to me' said Y/n, strongly. Jake kissed her again.
'It was both our first time's wasn't it?' confessed Jake. Y/n just smiled and looked shy.
'Hey you weren't this shy last night, were you?' said Jake, playfully. 'Jake!' detested Y/n, getting a little embarrassed. 'I'm just joking' said Jake, chuckling. 'Seriously though, last night was the best night of my life. I love you Y/n' said Jake, passionately. Y/n smiled and snuggled in his arms. 'I love you too Jake' said Y/n, softly. 'Come on let's go angel' said Jake, happily.
Once they locked up the house, Jacob phased and Y/n got onto his wolf back. He started running towards Emily's place. It usually takes him around 10 minutes or more. This morning he was going quite fast as he wasn't sure why this meeting was being held at the break of dawn. It had to be something pretty serious. The wind blew through Y/n's beautiful glowing hair, the bright sun making her hair standout with glory and power. Passing through the beautiful trees and feeling Jacob's warmth beneath her, she had never felt more happy. Within a blink of an eye, they had arrived at the familiar wooden cabin. The lanterns on the porch were lit, meaning people inside were awake. With the glass doors being wide open, they knew that they were welcome and so Jake phased back. Putting some denim shorts on, the two walked confidently inside the little house.
Everyone had gathered in a huddle, Emily drinking from a coffee mug. 'Thank you for coming at such short notice you two' said Sam, kindly.
'No worries Sam' said Jake, confidently. Emily practically ran over to give Y/n a hug. Which of course Y/n happily hugged her back. 'Hey Y/n, thank you for coming' said Emily, with a smile. 'Thank you for having me Emily. It's good to be back' said Y/n, while smiling. 'It's nice to see you settled' said Emily, with a smile. Y/n smiled in return, not knowing whether she knew or not about the arrangement.
'Hey Juliet' said Paul, with a smirk. 'Paul' Y/n greeted. 'It's good to see you back' said Embry. 'So I guess you are a wolf girl then' chimed Quil. 'Yeah I guess I am' said Y/n, proudly. Jacob smiled at this and wrapped his arm around her. 'That's not all that's changed either' said Paul, pushing for drama. Jake rolled his eyes, he knew they would all know because of wolf telepathy. 'It was much better than you had imagined it right?' asked Paul, smirking. Jake growled protectively. 'That's enough Paul, now I called you all here to get to the new matter at hand' said Sam, in his alpha voice. Paul quietened down and everyone waited for Sam to continue.
