Fireworks in the sky

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! if you celebrate it.

If you don't know what fourth of july is when the founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence and announced their independence from Great Britain. It's a U.S.A holiday!

  It was fourth of July. I was very excited for this day. Today would be the day that the fireworks who be lit.

  Me and the hashira decided to plan to go out. We were all going to go see the fireworks. We planned this out a few day before July 4th.

  But I was very excited. I convinced muichiro to come with us. I've always wanted to go see fireworks with him.

  It was 7 o'clock. The fireworks would begin at 9. But we all decided to meet up at 8 so we could look around.

  It was very well known place. But some of us never have been there. It was the entertainment district.

  The entertainment district had the most flashy people and festivals. Or atleast that's what Uzui had said. I'm gonna take his word for it.

  Anyways I began to get ready. Me and muichiro had brought similar outfits to wear. He even had a gift for me but he won't let me what it is.

  I put on the kimono I had to wear. Along with leaving my hair loose. I put some lipgloss on and highlight for a semi natural look.

   The kimono was a very beige color. With a few sakura flowers in red with green leaves and vines. But the skirt part was a nice dark red. Tied with a red bow aswell.

  I had recently brought this. It was mainly for this occasion. I didn't wanna wear any of the old kimonos I had. I wanted something special.

  Anyways I had gotten out of my room. And Went over to muichiro room. We mainly slept in his room. But we had separate bedrooms for when we would get ready for events or just needed privacy.

Once I opened his door. He was there just looking up at the sky from his window. He was already dressed.

"you look nice mui!" I shouted out. He seemed to have zoned back in to reality. "thank you y/n you look beautiful as ever." He gave me a faint smile.

Muichiro doesn't really smile as much but when he does it's so cute... It's really rare so I enjoy is while I can.

"Are you ready to go? We have to meet the other hashira in a few minutes"

"uhh yeah I think so let's go." He sat up from his window. And walked over to me to hold my hand.

We both began to walk outside of our estate. And we just walked over to tegens estate where we and the other hashira would meet up.

It wasn't that much of a walk. Only 15 mintues. But me and muichiro were talking about all sorts of stuff.

Once we arrived at tegens place. There was everybody. Obanai with mitsuri, giyuu n shinobu, tegen his three wives, tanjiro and his friends, gyomei and genya.

The only person who didn't show was sanemi. Probably because his brother would be here. Genya seemed kinda upset by this.

Anyways I went to properly greet everybody. Specially mitsuri.

"HII Y/N CHAN!!!" She tan up and hugged me tightly spinning me around. "I MISSED YOU MITSURI!" I gave her a big smile.

I could see obanai giving me a death stare. He looked pissed. But than muichiro came over. Wrapping his arms around my waist and burying his head in my neck.

Mitsuri scurried awya with obanai to give us privacy. The way obanai blushed when mitsuri grabbed his hand was really funny.

Anyways we all left tegens estate after a few mintues. And made our way to the entertainment district.

We all walked around buying food they had. Looking at clothes. Me and muichiro were together the whole time.

He just kept wanting to hold my hand. And follow me around. I don't know if it's because he was nervous of the crowd. Or he just wanted to be near me.

But anyways we heard that the fireworks would be on soon. So we all tried to find each other. And than find a good place to sit.

We found a nice place high up for us to get a hood view of the fireworks. We did have to the sit on the grass but it was clean and dry so.

I sat down next to muichiro. Than the fireworks had began. Flashes of colors and loud sounds. Purple, pink, red, yellow, and white fireworks filled the sky with colors.

I felt a hand turn my face. And Muichiro leaned in for a kiss on the lips. Gently our lips were conjoined together. And the fireworks were still going on in the back.

We stayed like that for a little while until he pulled away from me. He gave one a very small but soft smile.

"I love you y/n." He stroked his hand on my cheek. "I love you to muichiro.."

I rested my head on his shoulder. And he wrapped his arm around me. We both cuddled there as the fireworks went on.
