Fifteen-The Gauntlet of Good and Evil

As Azeil, Carlene and Douglas managed to enter the Brand New Remington City with the malignant touch of Mordexus's image, Azeil noticed that the majority of the civilians were killed at the hands of the Big Rifle Militia. No sign of the living in the city except the ones under the influence of Mordexus 's control .

Mordexus standing at the ruined of the cities in his true loathesome form.

" You are too late. The reality is already carved at my image ."

Mordexus said while laughing maniacally.

" Your bogus immortality won't save you from the death's grasp. "

Azeil replied and draw his Reappear Sword.  Carlene and Douglas draw their weapons to fight against the malevolent cosmic being.

" Come closer so that I can kill you myself."

Mordexus replied while transforming into a medieval knight.

Azeil morphed into his blood knight persona to even his odds.

Both beings standing at their corners , ready for their battle. When a pint of blood falls in the cursed land , Azeil and mordexus engaged into instant sword fight. Douglas and Carlene fight their way to their objective location guided by Evangeline. They are being attacked by a swarm of outer cosmic beings spawned from the enormous fungus of Mordexus. Douglas keeps shooting his pistol to make corpse stairways for Carlene as the ground begin to erupt with unforgivable lava. Amidst in the gauntlet, Mordexus warped the reality into a absolute darkness. Both Carlene and Douglas are blindsided and unable to decide where to go. However, Evangeline guided them through telepathy, escorting them to safety. In contrast , Azeil is unaffected by the reality warping as he plunges his Reapaer sword to Mordexus's chest. He opens a portal , splitting his adversary into twine. Then Mordexus greets Azeil in form of ambiguous grotesque monstrosity of evil fungus. It cornered Azeil and obliterates his physical form. Azeil morphed into his true form. He lashes his way to freedom despite the effort of Fungus to hold him for long. Azeil use his hourglass of destiny to warp the reality perverted by Mordexus. However, the hourglass of collection couldn't alter the reality warping. The fungus orbs begin to surround Azeil , crushing him at his will. But thousand heads of wicked souls bark their fire out of their mouth, destroying the enormous fungus into nothingness.

However, the fight was far from over , as the city crumbles into new debris, the ground keeps shaking in form of earthquake.Carlene and Douglas begin fall from the ledges of dead creature corpses. Douglas grab Carlene in his arms and physically carry her to her safety despite both being blindsided. Mordexus emerges his true loathsome form and begin to spawn his newborn offsprings. His newborn offsprings begin to fly towards their enemies with intent to kill. Azeil fly towards Mordexus  with his angelic wings and use his Reapaer sword to open Red warp. The Red warp release swarm of burning nails, damaging Mordexus. The bigger the enemy the harder the enemy falls. Mordexus then summons the indoctrinated civilians to attack Carlene, Douglas,and Azeil. Suddenly a portal opens where two angels emerges. Evangeline and Sabbathaliel brought their blessed weapons to free the civilians from Mordexus's influence. Azeil use the blade of Sabbathaliel to merge it with Reapaer Sword, creating the ultimate weapon to destroy the outer cosmic being such as Mordexus himself. Azeil begin to struck his lash of thousand heads of wicked souls at Mordexus's chest, creating an opening for Azeil to barge inside. Azeil enters the gigantic body of Mordexus only to be greeted by the spawns of Mordexus.Likewise , Azeil slays each spawn in large number , disregarding the dead body counts of the spawn. Azeil use the Reapaer Sword to warp his power and destroys Mordexus's third leg, temporarily paralysing him. Douglas and Carlene regain their sight as they are blessed by angel Evangeline. Evangeline instructs the duo to guide the newly pure civilians to safety. Both Carlene and Douglas obliged. They safely escorts thousands of civilians to the opened portal as Sabbathaliel obliterates the forces of Mordexus. Mordexus becomes aware of presence of Evangeline and Sabbathaliel. He then shoots cosmic blast from his mouth against his opposition group. Evangeline shields the civilians including Douglas and Carlene with her extended wings ,  protecting them from Sabbathaliel's  transformation. Sabbathaliel transforms into his true form, fighting against Mordexus to buy more time for Azeil. Inside Mordexus's body, Azeil continues to slaughter Mordexus's illicit offsprings. Mordexus once again warp reality in favor. However, the presence of Evangeline and Sabbathaliel have prevented him from altering reality.

As swift as possible, Azeil shreds through the surface of Mordexus's inside until he reached at his brain. The brain is nothing more than a fungal giant orbs ready to kill any intruder. Azeil begin to give thousand lashes on the gigantic orbs , killing Mordexus from the inside. Azeil spawn red glowing orbs with his Reapaer Sword and simultaneously shoots them at the orbs. After several hours of restless battle , Mordexus have fallen at the hands of Azeil just as others before him.  The giant cosmic being collapse to the ground,  creating tall buildings into endless ruins. Azeil gets out of the giant's body in his regular form. In the black perverted sky appears a red crescent moon with the nightmarish laughter of the countless mouths. Carlene, Douglas, Evangeline And Sabbathaliel stare at the sky. It is finally time. The second coming of the red crescent apocalypse have commenced. The fall of Mordexus ended in a short term victory but the real nightmare have begun with the upcoming of the wicked tribe.

" They have been released. They are coming to bring their corruptions throughout the lands. "
Evangeline announced her statement to everyone by telepathy.

Azeil see the ascension of the mountains emerging from the lava.

" The Second coming of Red Crescent Apocalypse has begun. The Apocalypsians have been released from their long eons of slumber.
