Ch. 16

Kiara's POV

I thought about how JJ and I should go on vacation. Maybe Europe, or Africa, or even Australia and New Zealand. I really want to go to those places and why not go with the man of my dreams!

"Why don't we go on vacation?!" I asked JJ. "Where to?" JJ asked. "I wanna go to Sydney and Auckland!" I said excitedly. "Especially with the man of my dreams!" I continued excitedly. "Australia and New Zealand sounds good to me as long as I'm with u baby!" JJ said with a smile on his face. "Ok then let's start booking our flights!" I said excitedly grabbing my laptop.

I went onto the flight website and found the best flight round trip from here to Sydney so I booked it then I found a round trip flight from Sydney to Auckland and I booked that as well. It took almost an hour to find the good flights and we are leaving in like a month for this trip.

"Guess whose going to Australia and New Zealand! The Maybanks!!" I said excitedly! "Ur sooo fast at booking flights!" JJ said. "Well it's technically our honeymoon." I said with a smile on my face. "Our second honeymoon!" JJ said smiling at me. He leaned in and kissed me and I kissed back obviously and we made out.

We didn't really tell the pouges that we planned a trip. But it was a month away so why not wait till the last day to tell them.

Sarah came by because she wanted to plan our reception. "Ok so Country Club?" She asked us. "Yes!" We both said. "Great! And when will this happen?" Sarah asked. We had to tell her that we were leaving in a month so I said, "can I talk to my husband about this, privately?" JJ was super confused. "Ofc take as much time as u need lovebirds!" Sarah said smiley as she went to the other room.

"Am I in trouble?" JJ asked confused. "No baby ur not...we need to tell Sarah about our trip in a month." I said. "Whatever u want to do babe!" JJ said as he kissed my lips. Then I leaned forward and we made out. Then he pulled away. "Why?" I said with a sad tone. "My sis is waiting." JJ said. "Oh yea forgot about her!" We both laughed as we let Sarah back in.

"So what do u two think?" Sarah asked. "We love it! But are going to be in Australia in a month so let's do it before!" I said. "Wow lucky u two! Ofc we will do it before!" Sarah said with a smile. "But I'm ur sis, take me plzzz!" Sarah continued. "Well ur future Bf or husband can take u!" JJ said. "Even if it's John B he'd still not take me!" Sarah said. "Wait do u still like him??" I asked. "Ummmm maybe...but don't u two dare tell anyone!!" She said. "Ok won't tell my best friend that my sis has a crush on him." JJ said. "But would u still date him?" I asked. "Idk at this point but this next month is all about Jiara!" Sarah said excitedly. "Who tf is Jiara???" JJ asked. "Oh it's a ship name the rest of us made for u two lovers!!" Sarah said with a smile. "Awwww I love it!!" I said happily. "Me too but who made it up?" JJ asked. "I did hehehe!" Sarah said.

We decided on almost everything now we just needed to go shop for dresses and suits and then we were done but we wouldn't do that till it gets closer to the date. Eventually Sarah left with a plan book and it was just me and my husband for this lovely Thursday evening.

JJ's POV

"Let's redo the yacht date!" I said. "Ooo I love that babe!" Kie said happily. "But we aren't dressed fancy." She continued. "It's ok all that matters is being with u!" I said as we went out the the yacht and surprised her with dinner. "Babe, how did u.." Kie said but I interrupted. "I did it when u were busy with Sarah." I said. "Awwwww this is super cute! I love it!!" She said as she hugged and kissed me. I hugged back and kissed her back as well.

We had our dinner on the yacht and watched the sunset as we laid in our fav spot of the yacht this time with no distractions on us. Right when I said that I heard my phone ringing and I saw it was from the hospital and I had to answer it so I walked to the other side of the yacht and it was a nurse that was calling.

"R u JJ Maybank?" The nurse asked. "Yes I am." I said. "Why r u calling?" I continued. "Sarah Maybank got into a car crash and is at this hospital. She is currently unresponsive. We saw that u were her brother and thought to call u. If u come just know that only one visitor can come at this time." The nurse said. "Ok I'll go see what's up, thx for letting me know!" I said to the nurse. "My pleasure!" The nurse said. Then I hung up and went to Kie who was looking at me with worry. "What was that?" Kie asked. "Look I have to go see Sarah at the hospital and only one person can go and see her..." I said. "What happened to her?!?!" She said in worry. "She got into a car accident and is unresponsive..." I told Kie and I can tell she had tears in her eyes and I went up to her and hugged her. "Everything's gonna be ok...I better go and see what's up with my sis." I told her. "Let me know if u need anything babe...I love u!" She said. "I love u too!" I said as our lips connected for a quick kiss before I ran back into the house and couldn't find my keys so I took the Jeep since I didn't want to waste my time looking for my car keys. I drove straight to the hospital and they let me into Sarah's room.
