Ch. 19

Kiara's POV

Today is the day that Sarah and John B will have their blind date and ofc JJ and I will coincidently be at the same place this double date will be at. So what we decided to do is that I get ready with Sarah and JJ gets ready with John B. I take Sarah to the restaurant while JJ takes John B to the restaurant and boom this blind date happens ahhh!!

"Does my everything look good?" Sarah asked while checking herself out in the mirror. "Ofc ur beautiful inside and out!" I said happily hugging her. "Awww thx Kie! I'm just super nervous rn cause idk who this guy is and idk how he'll think of me." Sarah said with a worried expression. "Oh honey he will like u because of u!" I said with a smile on my face. "But u know that I still like John B." Sarah said. "Ofc I do but this is a way for u to get ur mind off of him." I said lying to her as if this blind date isn't with her ex. "Ok how about we just go...ur driving!" Sarah said as we got our purses and went into the Jeep.

JJ's POV

I got John B ready at the Chateau while the girls were getting ready at mine and Kie's place. "Dude I'm very nervous because u know I still can't get over ur sister..." John B said in a low tone. "It's going to be ok...look I'm going to be there with u and this will get ur mind off of her." I said talking serious to John B. "Yes...I have u by my side just in case something bad happens..." John B said. "Nothing bad isn't going to happen...just be calm and done be too nervous about this ok bro?" I said trying to make John B comfortable. "Thanks dude...let's head to the place..." John B said as he got into the passenger seat.

I drove to the restaurant where the blind date was going to happen. I got into the parking lot and saw Kie's Jeep already parked. This means that they are already inside waiting. We went inside and ofc we blindfolded John B and Sarah and lead them to their table and they opened their blindfolds.

Sarah's POV

Kie gave me a blindfold and lead me towards the table for this blind date. I wonder who it is...what if it is Topper, no he hates me...omg what if it's Tom Holland?! No he is dating Zendaya...tbh lucky her...wait what if it's my recent ex...no that couldn't be...

I took off my blindfold and yup it was my last guess...my ex, who I'm still in love with, John B. "Oh hey ex!" John B said in a very weird tone. "Why hello there ex!" I said in a laughing tone. "So ur my blind date I guess..." I said. "Yup I am...Ik two people planned for us to be on a blind date together!" John B says pointing at Jiara's table as they are smiling and waving. "I thought JJ wasn't coming." I said. "So did I with Kie." John B said. Their was a huge silent moment since John B and I rarely hang out together/alone.

"Well this is awkward!" I said. "Well what if it isn't?" John B said. WTH does he mean by that?!?! Does he still love me too?! Can't ask that. OMG Jiara know something that we don't...that's why they planned this out. Should I ask him if he likes me? Why not. "Yo ex, do u like me??" I asked in a serious tone. "Well yes I do I love u very much and wished our breakup never happened..." John B said in a sad tone. "Awwww but I don't think it's still the right time...maybe in a few months." I said. "Ofc...this isn't the right time for any of us...well except for them." John B says as he points to Jiara's table which is a round booth and Kiara's head is on JJ's shoulder as they are both using on of their arms to hug each other which is the cutest thing ever!

"How about I take a pic of them and send it to them." I said with excitement. "Yea yea do that!!" John B said excitedly. So I take the pic of Jiara and send it to them. "Anyways we should do more of just us two hanging out and we can maybe make our friendship better so that we don't ruin it just because we dated." I said to John B. "Yes let's be close as friends and have a good relationship as friends!" John B said excitedly.

We had our food and talked to each other about life in general and it was cool catching up after the mutual breakup. We laughed, talked, drank, ate and had a fun night of two exes just being friends!

Kiara's POV

"I think we got them together!" I said excitedly. "Or maybe they're just rlly close as they were before they dated each other." JJ said. "True babe...that may be true." I said as I smiled at JJ and he smiled back as well.

We also paid for John B and Sarah as well...they just don't know it hehe. So it's a surprise for them. "U do good for being the best blind date planner!" JJ said as he still kept on smiling at me. "Awww thx babe! That's what I do!" I said as we both had eye contact to each other and laughed.

Sarah and John B came to our table. "So what happened?!" I asked excitedly. "Well we are going to build up our friendship just like how it was before we were dating." Sarah said. "But u guys were having fun tonight." JJ said. "Yea as friends but the right time will come!" John B said as he smiled. "Oh and why'd u guys pay for us..." John B continued. "Yea u two should've not done that." Sarah said. "We had to because we planned it!" I said with a smile on my face. "And plus ur my sis and ur my best friend so we had to and wanted to do this!" JJ said as he smiled. We all just basically hugged and went back to the Chateau to chill before JJ and I headed home.
