First off, when you see the quotation marks ("") it's the character talking. When you see the singular quote marks (''), the character is narrating, got it? Good!
Words that are Underlined and in bold are words that have been emphasized! Bold will also be used for character yelling!
When you only see italics, that means I'm narrating! Yay!

This story mentions assault and goes somewhat into detail about what happened between Stephen and his wife and how she treated him. If that bothers you, then by all means, skip that part.
