Rui gazed at Aaron as he peacefully slept on the couch it seemed like he didn't make it to the room. Her brother had faced so many dangers and challenges,
She whispered to herself, "We'll figure this out, Aaron. You've always been there for me, and now, it's my turn to help you."
With a determined expression, she turned and continued her research, determined to find a way to control the unleashed power of the goddess and ensure the safety of her brother and those around them.
Time skip a few hours
Rui walked around the base before she noticed something sleeping on the couch. He was still deep in his slumber and wouldn't wake up anytime soon.

His eyes flutter open from time to time but they remained closed for most of the time.
Rui noticed this before sighing, she used her ability to lift up the couch and drag him slowly and gently behind her as she walked toward his room.
Where she put him on the bed and covered him using some of her own cover.
She even changed him into a more comfortable outfit with her ability to make sure he sleeps well. She then closed the light of the room before leaving him to peacefully sleep on the bed.

Rui then turned on the fan to make sure he doesn't sweat bullets by the time she came back. She heard him move around a bit in the bed, looking at him from this angle he looked like an actual child needing attention.
Something Rui would wonder what did he do to live such a life, if she could remember correctly, she met him when he was 13 and according to him.
He had been doing this for a while now, and after some research of her own, she found out he started when he was 9.
She could still remember his face when they first met, even though he started to adopt the personality that he has now.
His face still looked more lively, more alive.
