The three days it took for Gabriel to arrive felt like three years, and Sam had already begun to get excited about his arrival and anytime Cas was around he pestered him,

"When is he coming?"

"Like I said two hours ago-"

"Is he almost here? I think it's been three days!?"

"Not necessarily-"

"I'm going to make a fort in my room for when he spends the night one time!"

Dean rolled his eyes and set a hand over Sam's mouth,

"Sammy calm down dang, you don't even know this boy yet."

"And to answer your question he'll arrive later tonight."

Cas could sense every time Cas was around Dean he was constantly staring at him with intense eyes like he wanted something from Cas but he couldn't say what because Sam was always there. That bothered Cas to a horrible level. The fact that Dean couldn't say what he wanted because of Sam made him uneasy and nervous.

That night Gabriel arrived and his father left with a hug and stumbled inside with about three suitcases,

"Dang how many clothes do you need?"

"Hey I brought my electronics too, anyways I'm putting clothes in your closet I don't want to live out of a suitcase for however long."

"But-"

It was to late for Cas to protest, Gabriel had already started piling his clothes into Cas's closet. He just rolled his eyes and flopped on his bed. 'Oh Ya needs a bed....maybe he could just sleep on the flo-' Cas's thoughts were interrupted bye Gabriel shouting,
"HEY SO, YOU HVE ANY CANDY OR ANYTHING!?"

"YOU DONT NEED TO SHOUT IM RIGHT HERE!!!"Gabriel scoffed but quieted his voice,

"Do you got candy or no?"

"I don't know, you can go look after you are done doing whatever."

Cas was tired, it was past 12:00 and he stayed on his bed and fell asleep sort of forgetting about Gabriel's bed.

"Dude get up its already 11:00 in the mornin'!"

Cas protested and covered his face with his blankets. He had to go back to school tomorrow and he wanted to make the best out of staying home for one more day. The thought of school actually made Cas shiver, he didn't want to think of what Metatron would do to either Dean or Castiel and he wasn't ready to start getting beat up again, or have Dean try to fight his battles.

"CASTIEL!"

Cas shot up with somewhat anger,

"WHAT!?"

Gabriel was hovering over him and he felt his cheeks get hot when he saw Dean and Sam sitting there smiling and chuckling at him,

"awe man you GUYS NOT COOL!!"

Sam bursted out laughing at Cas,

"I'm sorry Cas but you got a nice thing of bed head-"

Cas jumped out of his bed and ran into the bathroom to fix his messy hair. Dean followed him in and sat down on the edge of the tub and watched Cas fiddle with his dark hair.

"Well good morning Cas."

Dean stifled a chuckle under his breath, Cas squinted his eyes at him and shook his head,
"You're mean,"

"Oh come on,"

He stood up and grabbed Cas's waste and hugged him from behind,

"You love me."

Cas chuckled and turned around to face Dean,

"I do"

Cas stared into his bright green eyes and Dean stared back with a smile. He watched Dean slowly lean in and peck the tip of his nose and Cas smiled and hugged him,

"I don't want to go back to school Dean."

"Sorry Cassie but we don't have a choice upon that."

"We could just leave, buy a mini apartment and live together and Sam and Gabriel could stay with us-"

"Woah slow down Cas. We are only in the eighth grade."

Cas sighed and pulled away and ruffled his just fixed black hair,

"I know....I just don't want you or me, but mostly you, to get hurt because I can't fight my own battles."

Dean rolled his eyes and gripped his hand,

"Look, I don't care if I get hurt or whatever, if someone touches you I will fuck them up until they don't want to live!"

Cas looked at Dean's eyes, instead of the bright happiness in them he only saw coldness and anger.

"Dean it's alright-"

"No it's not, I will not stand someone hurting you alright? You don't need hurt in your life."

Cas tried to stop protesting and fixed his hair once more. He walked out of the bathroom and Dean followed close behind. Gabriel was in Cas's room with Sam showing off his game systems while he nibbles on a lollipop. Dean stood right up against Cas, he tried to ignore him and tried to talk,

"I was thinking you and me could go do something while they play video games?"

Dean leaned down to whisper a soft 'sure' in Cas's ear which gave him chills and goosebumps.

"Hey guys?"

Cas interrupted Sam looking at Gabriel's game cube,

"You guys can stay here and play games we are going out and stuff, is that cool with you too?"

They both nodded and returned to the shiny game counsels and video games to go with them. Cas grabbed his trench coat and threw it over himself. Dean grabbed Cas's hand and pulled him out of the house, Cas was expecting to head down the side walk but Dean brought him to the side of the house and pinned him up against it.

"D-ean what are you doing?"

Dean let light kisses role up Cas's neck which stirred butterflies up in his stomach. Cas sat there limp and Dean led his mouth up to Cas's jaw kissing all the way around it to the other side, Cas let out a soft whine and Dean chuckled. Cas's heart beat started to pick up a bit and Dean lips kissed softly on Cas's. It was just a soft kiss but that turned into something more, Cas could feel the smile spreading across deans mouth and finally Dean pulled away from Cas,

"W-what the hell was all this for?"

Dean smirked at him, but then he frowned a little,

"Just in case."
