After that day the Dursleys got bombarded by the letters the whole week.So, on Sunday Vernon was on a unusually good mood.
"Do you know what day is it?" Vernon asked with a smirk
"Sunday, Uncle Vernon" Harry said
While the Dursleys were talking to each other they heard a rumble, like something was overloading the chimney.
Then a lot of letters begin getting out of the chimney with a lot of speed Harry and Effie tried to pick it up but it didnt work.
Vernon decided that they would go away to some other place like a hotel but when they entered it, The receptionist called
"Are Harry and Effie Potter with you as we have more than 100 letters addressed for them"
In a snarl of rage Vernon left the hotel with his family, Now Effie asking
"Vernon has gone mad hasnt he?"
"He is always mad, I dont know what to call this" Harry replied.
After that the Dursleys and the potter siblings went to an island where the Petunia and Vernon would sleep on the bed while Dudley would sleep on the couch and of course, the potter siblings would sleep on the floor.
At 11:59 PM Effie said
"Well 60 seconds until your birthday harry make a wish"
Harry thought of a wish and blew the cake they made on the floor.
And then their door got kicked in and A giant figure came in,
Harry reacted quickly and put Effie behind him like he had been doing it for a long time.
The Dursleys came down and Vernon even carried a gun.
"Sir this is a private property you are not allowed to be in here" Vernon said.
"Eat dirt dursley" The Giant figure said and twisted his gun like a rubber.
"Ah harry there you are !" The giant said.
"Who are you sir?" Harry asked
"I am Hagrid" Hagrid replied.
"Before I forget Happy Birthday, here is a cake i might have sat on it at one point but it should taste alright" Hagrid said
"Thank you"
Then Hagrid explained things about hogwarts and how the wizarding world didnt know Effies existence.
"We can't tell im" Hagrid said
"Why? Harry asked
"I'll tell ya why when we go to diagon alley tomorow" Hagrid replied
What harry didnt know he was getting into a very special adventure.
