All of Team Fairy Tail made it into the Sky Labyrinth. It is now that they realize that this is going to be more complicated than they originally thought.
Seth (POV)
Gray- Woah. It's some kind of three dimensional maze.
Tsukiko- These pathways lead in all directions
Akuma- My brain hurts.
Nastu- Aw I suck at these things.
Lucy- Don't give up already. We have to finish in the top eight or else we can kiss the title of number one in Fiore goodbye.
Akuma- Yeah you're right. We get through this, we get a chance of beating Sabertooth's ass.
Gray- Let's make sure we reach the goal before they do.
Elfman- Real men never settle for anything less than first place!
Natsu- So any idea of where to go?
Erza- When we were on the ground, the coliseum was to the east. I think we should head in that direction. What do you think Seth?
Seth- East it is. Though I doubt it'll be that easy. Pumpkin head made it very clear about not being responsible for death in this thing so I wouldn't put it past him to put in some brutal traps in here.
Lucy- I got just the thing. Open Gate of the Compass: Pyxis!

Lucy- We need your help Pyxis. Can you show us which way is east?
The spirit finds the direction east.
Lucy- East is that way.
Erza- Yes I know. I brought along a regular compass.
Seth- Oof. And there goes your thunder Lucy.
Lucy sulks for a minute and then we're on our way down the path that leads east. Running up a flight of stairs, I notice we're upside down and headed somewhat away from the coliseum.
Seth- Hey guys, I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think we'll actually be able to go straight east.
We stop to analyze the situation and determine our next move.
Erza- Natsu, you're not feeling sick?
Natsu- Nope. You'd think I'd be puking my guts out but I feel just fine.
A screen pops up with the pumpkin head guy on it.
Pumpkin head- Allow me to explain. A special magic was cast upon the Sky Labyrinth allowing participants with weaknesses such as motion sickness and a fear of heights, to be able to compete on equal terms in the preliminary round.
Erza- (screen goes away) I see.
Lucy- (whispers) I seriously doubt the other wizards get motion sickness as easily as Natsu.
