Eddie's nightmares
(A/N: sorry it's so short, I didn't rly know what else to put)
Buck was sleeping over at Eddie's house and was sleeping on the couch until he heard a loud sound, not sure what's it is, he grabs a bat and comes towards the sound, only to find out it's coming from Eddie's room. Buck was still unsure it was safe since it could be an intruder or something so he still held on to the bat, ready to swing. When he opened the room, he only saw Eddie in the room, but Eddie wasn't sleeping peacefully, he was moving and mumbling help so Buck tried to wake him up. When Eddie woke up, he was hyperventilating and sweating, still in shock of his nightmare, Eddie didn't even notice Buck for a second. Eddie noticed Buck was holding Eddies shoulder from when he was waking him up but he forgot to actually get it off.
Eddie: shoot sorry I woke you up
Buck: no no it's ok, you were having a nightmare
Eddie: ik
Buck: you don't have to talk about it if you don't want to, but know, I'm here to listen if you want me to
Eddie: thanks, it's just that it was memory from the army, a group and I were on a helicopter and it crashed, I was the only who survived after 3 weeks with no communication with anyone or food and shelter, half of the people died in the crash and the rest died after, during the 3 weeks.
Buck felt bad for Eddie but he's not the best at comforting people but he tried his best
Buck: oh Eddie, I'm so sorry, why don't you lay down and I'll lay down next to you in case you need me
