Ame: Investigating The Curse

*Mumei pov*

"So how long have you been experiencing this curse?" Ame asked She walked around me, looking at me through a magnifying glass.

"This is a recent thing; it happened a few days ago with Irys, but I initiated it," I told her.

Amelia tilted her head to the side and gazed at me with an unmoving expression as she pondered what to do with that information. "So who else has this affected?" I was asked by the detective

"Sana, Bae, Calli, Ina, and now Gura," I stared

Amelia nodded and pulled out a notebook, beginning to write some notes, then she looked at me and said, "Hey, Mumei, have you thought about how this may just be them falling in love with you because you're cute?" She brought up

"Well, no, I mean, Kiara didn't fall in love with me, or at least she was good at hiding it if she did," I stated.

Ame seemed confused that Kiara didn't show any signs, but eventually deduced it to be what Kiara said about her loving too many other girls for her to be affected.

"I'm not feeling anything for you, though." She pointed it out.

"It takes a little while," Ina replied.

"I see..." Ame replied.

She wrote that down, but I was sure there was nothing really right about this since this is really straightforward.

Gura, you could have told me that Mumei and Ina were going to be around. I would've prepared more if I knew," Ame stated.

"I didn't know they were coming until today!" Gura replied

I nodded Ame seemed to accept that, but she seemed a little upset that she didn't know we would be here.

"Can I spend some time alone with Mumei while I give her a few more tests?" Ame asked

"Sure," Gura said as she stood up.

I noticed a red tint on her face as she walked away. "Bye!" Ina said as she walked away with Gura.

I looked at my senpai and cleared my throat. "Hic..." She said before she began to speak, "Let's talk about something that could possibly trigger my feelings." She said

"I don't think I want to do that," I told her.

"We need to for results, and if I say something you don't like, you can beat the shit out of me," She told me.

I laughed at the fact that she offered for me to beat her up, but I wasn't going to pass that up. The chance to beat Ame up really made me excited.

Actually, today Ame is actually really cute; her blonde hair is glistening like a golden sun, and her skin looks silky smooth, not to mention how smart she is.

"Whatcha thinking about, Moom?" Ame asked

"Oh, just how cute you are!" I replied.

The two of us fell silent and stared at one another. I didn't mean to say that at all; her face almost turned red, but she looked away from me at the last moment.

"Let's just do more tests," She said.

She walked up to me and began to pat my body down. "How will this help?" I asked

"Uhm-It'll help because maybe the curse is happening because of something on your person, and I want to feel to see if that is the case!" Ame said

"The only thing I have on me is my teleporter and my phone," I claimed.

"Well, there is nothing wrong with doing a physical checkup, is there?" I was asked by her

"Why would you need to do a physical checkup?" I questioned
