Bae: Preying on The Predator

*Bae pov*

I was waiting for Mumei to arrive anxiously and was pressing my pointer fingers together, asking, "What is this feeling?" I sighed I'm mad at Mumei, so why am I so nervous? I gazed at the clock and saw she was a minute late. I bit down on my lip, wondering what she was doing. When there was a knock at the door, I leaned forward in anticipation.

"Can I come in, Bae?" Mumei asked

"Y-Yeah!" I said

As the doorknob turned, I quickly ran and cleaned up some clothes and papers I had left lying around, and I finally saw Nanashi Mumei.

"So what do you want to talk about?" She asked me

I clearly saw that she had multiple hickeys on her neck. I frowned in response, but I wasn't sure why exactly I was mad at her. I reminded myself

"So I wanted to talk to you about your recent activities. I know what you have been doing. You got with Irys, then you got with Sana, and now Fauna and Kronii. You are on my case for cheating, but you are a playboy!" I scolded

"Yes, I am. Actually, I do feel bad. I was going to go explain everything to Irys and Sana after this so they could cut ties with me," Mumei said.

"Actually, I want you to talk to me for a while, so it may be an all-afternoon and all-night affair," I told her.

"Well, I guess I can discuss what's happening with you more," Mumei said.

"I think you are cursed to have a council harem; luckily, I'm unaffected!" I laughed

"Okay, Bae, since you are unaffected you can help me explain things to Sana, at least thank you!" Mumei said

She wrapped her arms around me gently, and I began to freak out. I felt my face begin to burn almost instantly from her warmth. Her precious, sweet aroma filled the air, and I enjoyed all of it.

"Mumei, let's talk about our game plan then," I said.

"Yeah sure!" She cheerfully stated

She's so adorable-everything about her Why is Mumei so cute? No, I'm mad at her. I refuse to fall for her. She is a hypocrite. She is blaming me for cheating on Irys, and she is doing the same thing. I won't have sympathy for her. I don't love her. We are only friends, and I want to be nothing more.

"Bae, aren't we going to discuss what I'm going to tell Irys and Sana?" Mumei asked

"What's so good about those four?" I asked

"W-What?" Mumei questioned

"I mean, what is so great about Irys, Sana, Fauna, and Kronii? They are all flawed women, especially Irys." I said

"Bae, I won't tolerate you speaking badly about any of them." Mumei sternly said

"The reason I cheated on Irys is because she cheated on me; she's a filthy backstabbing bitch. Nothing is wrong with Sana; she is great. Fauna and Kronii have a lot of issues, so why do you love them and not me!?" I asked loudly

"Wait Bae!?" Mumei said in shock

"Mumei, I'm sorry, but I'm in love with you too. Why can't you just love me? I want nothing more than that, so please just give me what I want!" I yelled

"Wait, this is too fast. Let me process your words first. After all, I just told you I don't want to continue this game. I can't keep doing this to everyone. I can't be with all of you!" Mumei told me

This made me upset; she pretty much just rejected me to my face.

"Mumei, if I were Irys, would you get with me?" I asked
