In the aftermath of the chaotic power outage and the ensuing drama, we realized with growing concern that Theodor was nowhere to be found.
"When was the last time we saw him?"
"He was on the stage", I answered, desperately trying to gather my thoughts.
Just as panic began to grip our hearts, a flicker of light broke through the darkness. The power surged back, bathing the club in a soft glow.
"You think he left the club?", asked Zoe.
"I don't know, let's check", I decided without hesitation.
We frantically searched the karaoke club, calling out "Theodor!" with increasing desperation. As we combed through the dimly lit space, our worry intensified. Questions swirled in our minds, each one more alarming than the last. Where could Theodor have gone? Had something happened to him during the chaos? Fear and uncertainty clouded our thoughts, as we couldn't shake off the lingering sense of unease.
Minutes stretched into what felt like an eternity, until finally I heard a familiar voice called out from a corner of the club, right next to the stage.
"Theodor!", I ran to him. "We were so worried!"
"Gyus..." Theodor tried to tell us something, he was visibly in pain.
"What happened, Theodor? Are you hurt?" asked him Ava.
"I was on stage, when all went black... I didn't know what had happened... I wanted to get off the stage... that's when I stumbled and fell. I landed awkwardly on the crowded floor."
Pain shot through his leg, and he let out a pained cry, clutching his ankle.
Ethan and Liam rushed to Theodor's side, concern etched on their faces. They helped him up and guided him to a nearby table, offering reassurance and support. Ava, known for her caring and nurturing nature, rolled up his trouser leg, and examined his ankle.
"Oh, Theodor, you probably have twisted it." She stated.
Theodor winced as he tried to put weight on his injured foot, realizing that his jumping on stage would be cut short for a while. Frustration mingled with his pain, and he sighed in disappointment.
The club's staff, alerted to the incident, swiftly responded. They provided ice packs and first aid supplies, ensuring Theodor was as comfortable as possible. They also offered to call for medical assistance if necessary.
As the reality of the situation sank in, we rallied around Theodor, brainstorming ways to make the best of the situation. We found a comfortable spot for him sit while waiting for the medical assistance.
"We'll wait till the medics get ahold of you."
"I appreciate it guys, but you can go back to the dorm. I won't run away, I swear." Theodor, despite his injury, found solace in the laughter and camaraderie surrounding him, grateful for the care and attention his friends showered upon him.
As Theodor winced in pain again, we quickly huddled together to figure out the best course of action. We recognized the need for someone to stay with him and ensure he received the necessary medical attention, while the others could head back home.
"I can stay, no problem at all", I declared.
The rest of the friends, though reluctant to leave Theodor behind, understood the practicality of the situation and knew that Silvia would take good care of him.
"Alright then, get well soon, Theodor", said Jann.
"We'll check in on you tomorrow" added Zoe.
"Take good care of him, Silvia!" Mia looked at us.
