     You felt him wrap his arms around you, he was careful to not hug you too tightly. You hugged him back, smiling. "It was no problem, I'm glad I was able to get to you in time." He replied. You started to hug him tighter, and before you knew it, tears were streaming down your face. "Hey, no need for tears... It's alright, you're alright." Idate said, holding you close to him.
     Moments later, Yukisada walks in. "[Y/N]? Are you alright?" Yukisada asks, concerned. "Y-yeah..." You replied. "Ok..." Yukisada said. "Uh... I'll be in the other room if any of you need something...!" Yukisada said before leaving the room.
     Idate broke the hug. You wiped away your tears and looked at him. He gave you a faint smile as he got up and went back to his bed. You laid back down and stared at the ceiling until you fell asleep again.
     A few weeks later, you were finally healthy enough to return back to your own home. You thanked Yukisada and Shirogane for helping you and Idate. Idate was able to return 2 weeks before you, he wasn't as badly injured. You walked towards the shore. You sat down and stared into the sea, enjoying the fresh ocean air. You laid down and closed your eyes, taking a small rest. Too much has happened lately, you deserve a much-needed break.
     A few minutes later, you heard two pairs of footsteps, walking through the sand. You looked over your shoulder and saw Rock and Idate, walking together and smoking. It was pretty normal to find them doing this. You waved at them, Idate looked up and smiled. He waved back. Idate changed the direction they were walking in towards you.
     In no time, they were both sitting down by you. "So," Idate began. "I see you're feeling a lot better now." Idate looked at you, smiling. "Oh, yep!" You replied, smiling back. "That's good... When I saw you, I honestly thought you died. You weren't moving." Idate said, in a worried tone. "I didn't witness it, but he was talking to me about it. Sounded rough." Rock added, looking over Idate to you. "Anyways, how are ya feeling now?" Rock asked. "Pretty good, I'm still a little sore though." You replied. "Hmm, well, take it easy for a while." He said, exhaling some smoke.
     "Hey, put down the cigarette for a bit. Don't wanna ruin their lungs too." Idate said, chuckling. "Alright, fine." Rock said, putting the cigarette between his fingers. "But anyways, besides that..." Idate started, looking back at you. "This time, I'm sure that shark won't come back again." Idate chuckled. "That's good, I really do hope I never see him again..." You replied. "Yeah, do you even know why he came back?" Idate asked.
     You thought about it for a few moments. "Now that I think of it, he did say something. He said he was getting "revenge," or whatever he meant with that." You replied. "I don't know." You shrugged, looking back at Idate. "Hmmm, revenge?" He repeated. "Maybe it was from the last encounter." Idate said, chuckling. "Maybe." You replied.
     You looked back into the sea, sighing. You enjoyed how calm and peaceful the sea was, the ocean waves crashing against the shore. The nice ocean breeze running through your hair. "Alright, well I'm gonna go finish this cigarette and fish." Rock said, getting up. "Both of you should take it easy for a bit, bye." Rock walked away, leaving you and Idate by yourselves.
     After a few moments of sitting in silence, Idate wrapped his arm around you. You blushed a little but let him keep his arm there. You leaned your head against his shoulder, closing your eyes. You both watched the sunset together.
     A little while later, you fell asleep. Idate noticed, he gently lifted you up and held you close to him. He pecked you on the forehead and continued to hold you. He didn't sleep, he rarely did, so he didn't bother setting you down to go to sleep too. He held you the entire night.
     A little while after the sun began to rise again, you started to wake up. You opened your eyes, a little startled that he was holding you, but soon after you adjusted to it. You wrapped your arms around him, giving him a tight and warm hug. He smiled, holding you a bit closer to him.
     "Well, good morning." Idate said, smiling. "Good morning!" You replied. Idate chuckled, setting you back down. The two of you sat together for a little while. Idate was the one to break the silence.
     "Hmmm... Want to go inside? It's a bit chilly outside..." Idate said, warmly. "Sure..!" His response originally caught you off guard, but you happily agreed. The two of you walked towards your house. After you unlocked the door, you both walked inside. You noticed the clutter you had on your desk and got a little nervous.
     "Uh, ignore my desk... It's a bit messy..." You said, trying to direct his attention away from the desk. "Ah, it's alright. I could say the same about my house." He said, chuckling.  "O-oh, alright!" You said. You didn't catch yourself staring at him for a few moments until he pointed it out. "...You alright?" Idate said, smiling awkwardly. "A-ah...!!! Yeah, sorry!" You stuttered quickly. "Mmmk..." He replied. You were staring at him again, though this time you caught yourself.
     "Hey, wanna watch TV?" You suggested. "Sure, I wouldn't mind that." Idate said. You both walked towards the sofa, sitting down next to each other. You picked up the remote and flipped through the channels. "Hmmm, what do you wanna watch?" You asked him. "Uhhh... What about one of those drama shows that look staged as fuck?" He suggested, chuckling. "Alright!" You found a channel that had a show similar to what he described playing. You turned it on and set the remote onto the sofa.
     For the next few hours, the both of you were both indulged in the TV show. You yawned; you felt a bit tired. Idate seemed wide awake, you didn't want to ruin it for him, so you stayed awake with him for a bit longer. A little while later, you began to slowly drift off to sleep. The feeling of just being around someone made you feel comfortable enough to fall asleep. Your head rested against his shoulder, once he noticed you fell asleep, he wrapped his arm back around you. Shortly after you did, he fell asleep too.
