It all...it all happened so fast. One moment they were faced with a dark Zero possessed by an evil entity. The next, Chiara found herself at the mercy of said entity

She didn't know where or how the others were because Armadus pulled her into a pocket dimension of his own making. The darkness was so suffocating and made it her sick. Things became worse when Armadus suddenly began his assault on her.

Not only that, he had magic as well. Chiara could feel the dark and evil magic coming from him. It was like Nera's but worse. Much much much worse.

What's more, he kept calling her Argant. The name of the dragon of light. The being where her dragon's light originated from. For whatever reason,he seemed to harbour deep hatred towards the ancient dragon.

And for that reason,he set his sights on extinguishing the light within her. Chiara on the other hand tried her best to bring back Zero. Some of her offence included healing magic in hopes that her light would reach him and help him take his body back.

Armadus however figured out what she was trying to do. He taunted her saying how pitiful and foolish she was for not apprehending what happened. For a moment he ceased his attack. Tapping the black color lamp on his chest, he mockingly told her,

"That ultra is dead."

Is that why she couldn't sense or see even a spec of light in him? Zero was actually...no,he couldn't be...

Chiara saw red and charged at him with all her might. Her moves became uncoordinated and more aggressive. She didn't want to- she refused to believe it!

The anger and anguish she felt blinded her judgment and focus on the battle. She ended up getting blasted by Armadus and was sent tumbling down. A big hile tore into the darkness and showed a live feed of the new generation and UFZ in space.

Her tired eyes widen at the sight of them battling dozens of dark ghouls. When one was taken down, more would appear. It was never ending.

Suddenly, she felt the burning tip of a blade on her neck.

"Not so strong are you now,Argant. The lot of them will be joining him soon. You however, I'll show you how it feels to have your soul shattered to pieces!"Armadus pulled his black sword back and proceeded to thrust it towards her.

The blade was only inches away from her heart when something stopped it. Which was none other than Chiara. At the last second she caught the blade and gripped it tighly, ignoring how it was digging into her skin.

"I don't know what your problem is with Argant..." she started. A golden aura suddenly covered her entire being and made Armadus's black sword disintegrate into dark particles. She then lifted her gaze and glared at him as the pupils of her violet eyes were encircled in golden rings.

"But let me tell you, I'm CHIARA! Fairy of the Dragon's Light!" Her light shone brighter and brighter to the point of making Armadus stumble back due to the pain it was causing him. Chiara's saber shot out from her wrist brace and pulsed with strong energy. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. For a second, everything around her went quiet before she heard one slow heart beat.

Her eyes immediately shot open and in an instant, she appeared right infront of Armadus whose sword manifested in his hand an blocked the fairy's blow. Their swords clashed as Chiara advanced forward while the dark ultra kept retreating back.

"I know he's still there. And until he regains the strength to beat you up, I'll be doing it for him!" Chiara declared earnestly.

"The ultra is no more and that is the truth. The hope you have for him is truly pathetic!" Armadus spat back but it didn't hinder her in any way. In fact, it pushed her resolve even more.

"It's still....20000 years too early for you to be calling people pathetic! Even more so when you need to steal someone else's body to get around."

Just as her light grew brighter, she caught sight of a small but noticeable spec of light in his darkened color lamp. That light-!

In her moment of distraction, Armadus took the chance and pierced her left shoulder with his sword. He fully expected her to fall, to slowly bleed out on the ground while he inflicted as much pain as he could. However, Chiara stood her ground, looked him right in the eyes and smirked. Even with blood dripping from her mouth, she was still smirking!

He realized it too late when she firmly grasp his- Zero's - color lamp. The spec of light that she saw...it was Zero, she just knew it. So before Armadus noticed it too, Chiara channelled in as much of her light as fast as she could.

The dark entity however refused to let go. He kept on fighting with the blue and red ultra's spirit that grew stronger as well as Chiara's light. The black sword that was still embedded in her shoulder was pushed in deeper while he was struggling against the overwhelming power

The sharp blade combined with its evil energy, hurt. The pain was excruciating. But as the saying goes, no pain no gain, right?

Chiara tearfully called out to him,

"Please come back to us, Ultraman Zero!"

Armadus finally managed to push her off but it was too late by then. Light overflowed him to the point where he knew he couldn't stay in that body for long. Chiara's final plea seemed to work. Cause not a second later, his entire body burst with light.

"This-this isn't over! I will have my revenge!-" those were the dark entity's last words before he was forcefully expelled from Zero's body. The moment he was out, the dark void around them collapsed and now they were on a giant meteor.

Zero's form changed from darkness to his gold and silver shinning form. Then back to his base form after the light disappeared. Seeing this, Chiara felt relief wash over that numb her pain for a split second.

When Armadus pushed her off, she landed on her back. The blade that was still sticking out her shoulder lodged into the ground making her unable to get up. After the sword disappeared with Armadus, she still couldn't get up due to her energy being rapidly depleted and the pain she felt.

All of a sudden, her shoulder stung. Thesword may be gone but her wound was still there.

Instead of light she was now bleeding black blood. Her wound was pulsing and from it, she could feel something spread. It was akin to venom (don't ask how she knows that).

The next thing she knew, she heard Zero's voice calling out to her worriedly.

"Chiara! Hey! Chiara!" He yelled as he ran over to her.

A hand was pressed over her wound while she kept coughing up black blood. Her skin was turning deadly pale contrary to her snow white complexion. She was slightly trembling from the immense pain coursing through her.

If only he could use his Aegis to get her to Mother of Ultra. Or his shinning to reverse time. But kicking out Armadus took a lot out of both him and Chiara. His colour lamp beeped rapidly when he tried to use the power of shinning to save the fairy in his arms.

"Zero...if you do...that then-"

"Forget about me and think about yourself for once!"

Chiara momentarily went silent before smiling gently. Her violet eyes showed calmness and reassurance as she gazed up at him. There were so many things she wanted to tell him. But her current condition didn't let her.

"Don't worry, I just... I just need to take...a short nap...I'll be all better by then..."

And with that, her eyes closed and everything became dark and soundless.
