Chapter 3. A Surprise Vist

It has been 2 years since Chavez found out about Harry who was now 4 years old and is the happiest boy on earth he's still a bit shy and frightful but other than that he seemed like a happy boy Chavez had once decided to wait a little while until Harry was old enough to understand about being a wizard that is until Harry's accidental magic started happening and Harry was scared about it and had asked Chavez why strange things were happening around him so Chavez explain as best as he could to Harry about being a wizard as well as Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry Lilly told Chavez about Albus Dumbeldore who was the headmaster of the school as well as Minerva McGonagall who was the deputy headmistress and head of Gryffindor house Lilly had also told Chavez about the Hogwarts houses there was Gryffndor,RavenClaw,
Huffalpuff and Slytherin Lilly had said that Slytherin was the worst of all the houses and that her former childhood best friend Severus Snape was a sorted into a Slytherin and became a Death Eater and joined Voldemort's side before becoming a professor at the school teaching potions Chavez explained everything about being a wizard to Harry who seemed uncertain about being a wizard

Dad is being a wizard a bad thing? Harry asked

No Harry it's not a bad thing but you have to be careful though not everyone accepts people with abilities like you have you have a gift Harry and that's good but promise me that you'll be careful when it comes to your magic I don't want anything bad to happen to you Chavez told him

Okay dad I'll be careful Harry said

Chavez chuckled softly and gently pulled Harry close to him gently hugging him and kissed the top of his head Chavez gently lifted Harry up into his arms and gently held him Harry laid his head down on his father's shoulder as Chavez was spending time with his young son Yen and Jane came into the room which Chavez didn't mind Harry loved his aunts Yen and Jane and they love him back Harry was excited for his aunt Yen's baby to come as well when Yen and Jane came into the room Chavez noticed that they seemed nervous but he didn't know why

Chavez there's someone who wants to speak to you Jane said

They said it's about you and Harry Yen added

Alright I'm coming Chavez said

Chavez gently picked Harry up and walked downstairs Yen and Jane followed behind when Chavez got the bottom of the stairs he saw two people one was an elderly man with long silvery white hair and beard the other was a woman who looked like not to be crossed with she wear a pointed black hat and her hair tucked underneath it the woman looked stern as well when she looked at Chavez

Who are you two? Chavez asked getting to the point

My name is Professor Albus Dumbeldore headmaster of Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry and this is Professor Minerva McGonagall we've come for Mr Potter and take him back to his aunt and uncle who are in his best interest for the time being the elderly man said

Chavez couldn't believe what he was seeing/hearing Harry trembled with fear and buried his face into Chavez's chest Chavez adjusted Harry in his arms gently rubbing his back as he glared at the elderly Professor this was the man that Lilly had told him about and he was also the man who placed Harry with those rotten Dursleys who did nothing but abuse the boy who happens to be his son Chavez sighed softly he wasn't going give his son without a fight

No Chavez said

I Beg your pardon!? The woman who Chavez learn was McGonagall asked

I said no you're not going to place him in the care of those people who did nothing for him Chavez replied gently holding Harry in his arms
