Zoya's POV:

I was sleeping when I heard my mother wake me up. " Wake up and go to Mrs. Ali's house to get some yogurt." She said while cleaning the mess which I made last night on my side table. "Okay okay" I replied with an annoying voice. "Where is my dupatta? (Staler to cover head)," she asked while looking around my room. And that is where every Pakistani person can taste death. "Okay okay, I am going!." I said while getting up when I saw my mother going out of my room and not closing the door. I screamed in my pillow to take out my stress which did not exist but the twist was that I screamed without a voice because I knew what will happen if I did not do so.

I got up and went to the bathroom and got into the clothes for today.

This is what I wore:

I got a bowl from the kitchen and when towards the gate of our home

I got a bowl from the kitchen and when towards the gate of our home. When I saw that it was locked, I looked over to the gatekeeper and said him to open the gate. He opened it and I went to Mrs. Ali's house. Her house is near our home so I could go on foot. It was like the house beside ours.

I knocked at her gate when she opened her door and looked at me with a smile. "Hello, beta. How are you?" She asked. "Fine Aunty. Mom sent me here to get some yogurt and-" I was about to complete my sentence when her son, Zain bumped into me and completely ignored it. He went and sat on his bike and was about to go away when his mother screamed at him. "ZAIN! Is this the way you greet a guest? Come back here and say hi to her. WITH MANNERS." She scolded him. Zain got off his bike with the most attitude ever and came towards me and looked at me. "Hi, how are you? Would you like some tea? Do you want a lollipop?" He asked me with a taunting expression while leaning down towards me. "N- no thank you," I said stuttering. Honestly, I don't know why I stuttered but I am type of scared by him. He doesn't deserve my fear but I don't know what I should do when I am in front of him. While thinking this I did not realize that I am staring at him. "Ok stop!" Said Mrs. Ali. Zain quickly Got away from me, went back to his bike, and rode away. Mrs. Ali went in and got me some yogurt. And I went back home.

Zain's POV:

I got on my bike and went away. Zoya is such a disturbing person. We are neighbors from I don't remember when. When we were born we came to these houses. Our parents are dead friends and would do anything to be together forever. Which irritates me a lot I hate her and everyone related to her.  In simple words, WE ARE ENEMIES. But I never really  harmed anyone (PHYSICALLY). But I don't really know why she is scared from me.

But I don't really know why she is scared from me
