Hi guys! Tia here 👋🏽 I have been requested to write a Pocahontas fanfiction and accepted. However, there is something that I should clarify. As you can see, the Disney movie Pocahontas was not historically accurate. However, I am still going to write this story based on the movie.
It will include violence, blood, racism, historical inaccuracies, death, and outdated cultural depictions.
In this story, I have decided to change Pocahontas' name to Takoda as he is the male character. It felt wrong of me to use her name for this inaccurate story and hope you guys understand. If you wish for me to change it to Pocahontas, I respect that too.
