Book One: The Right Choice

Goodbye to Forks.

Sawyer's Pov

When I wake up I look over to Izzy smiling softly as her naked chest rises and falls. She looked so beautiful last night my bear got possessive and although we didn't mate, we showed each other ways to love the other. It was honestly the best fucking night of my life so far. I get up slowly as I get out of the bed pulling on my boxers and pants looking around for my shirt. I slowly grab my shirt off the bed not to wake her as I slide it on heading downstairs. 

I start on breakfast as I heard charlie leave. He couldn't say goodbye to Izzy because he would break down I knew it. I smiled nodding to him before he left as he nodded back. I finish up breakfast fast setting a plate in the fridge for charlie, writing a note with it.

Dear Charlie,

I know that you do not wish to give your daughter away, I know that it is hard. I promise to take care of her provide for her and keep her safe. Whenever you miss her I promise we will come down to visit or get you up there to see her. I promise to be a respectful man and make her wishes come true. I know it's hard to let your daughter go but I promise to you that I will never be like those men that keep her away from her family. If you ever need a change of scenery I will make sure you have a home up where we are to stay. Now you are my father to and I will treat you as such. I promise to always be the man that a father will want with there daughter.

I smile putting the note with his food as Izzy walks down the stairs dressed in cute clothes for our trip. 

I smirk at her looking her up and down.

'Mate looks better naked'

'One you want her to freeze, because we have three days before we get to woody point not to mention we are driving through upper parts of america it will either be raining or snowing and the last few hours of our trip we will be in canada which that part of canada has so much snow she could get stuck if she gets out of the car. Second you want males to see her naked.'

He huffs keeping quiet I smirk as I won the argument. I pull her to me as I finish my food, as I start to feed her. 

"Got to have you full baby for this big trip."

She smiles at me giggling as she pausing for a second thinking then blushing. I tilt my head in confusion at her.

"What's up?"

She shakes her head.

"Nothing Sawyer."

I look at her softly smirking getting closer to her face.

"What were you thinking?"

"J....Just silly things Sawyer."

I nod at her as she finishes the last bite getting up doing the dishes. I wrap my arms around her softly.

"You sure you wanna do this?"

She nods turning to me.

"I love you Sawyer this is something I will do no matter what. Im just worried for my dad being here. I mean my mom was turned into them..."

I sigh making her look at me I smile softly.

"The pack will take care of him and plus I offered him a house if he decides he wants a different place to stay either to live or to visit us and we will come down sometimes to see him I promise. I already talked to the pack and they will protect him as long as he is here in Forks."

She nods tearing up, I knew he was the only real parent and she was sad to leave but she has her own life. He cried last night he told me I was the man that was going to replace him. That was every father's worries is letting there baby go, but as long as it was someone that was worthy of taking his place. Charlie had told me that I was that man.

I wanted to cry because I knew this was hard for them both. I hug her, kissing her softly rubbing her back in comfort.

"It's going to be ok, hey before you know it you will be bringing our cubs down here to go fishing with him and his buds, sharing christmas gifts and birthday gifts."

She smiles brightly nodding a few times wiping her tears kissing me as she giggles.

"Your right, god just worry for him."

"And that's fine honey pie. I worry for my papa and mama."

She nods as I fix things up her grabbing the rest of her things as I help her load it into the car.

I open the door for her, making sure she was comfortable. Shutting the door I head to my side getting in as I put my seatbelt on sighing. Shutting my door as I look at her chuckling as she takes a sip of my thermostat cup.

"Liking the hot coco."

"We have to get more if we are going through the colder areas."

I nod at her agreeing I start the car taking off while I seen my boys car following me Izzy looks over to me as she speaks.

"That the boys."

I raise my eyebrow at her.

"It feels like it's them at least."

Austin purrs as he seems happy with her answer.

'Mate bond is getting stronger making her feel our clan members.'

I smile at her nodding.

"Yeah there gonna follow behind."

She nods turning on the music as we start heading out of Forks taking a detour into La Push I looked over to Izzy watching her reaction as the pack started following us out of town. She looks over to me smiling sadly.

"There saying goodbye aren't they."

I nod softly. I knew she loved the pack and I wanted them to have something special, they asked if I could make the detour.

"Yeah they wanted to say goodbye honey pie."

I see Izzy start to cry, Austin starts to whine at her. I know that the pack was her family. I had to give them my phone so they could facetime later on. I see the boys calling me, I answer hearing levi crying.

"Chieftess crying as badly?"

Kesten asked more then liking comforting Levi as he drove. 

"Yeah you know how we handed over max to his mates clan and we did the outing. That's what there doing giving Izzy to us."

I cry slightly cause I felt Izzy's pain and the fact that I know how hurt they are by giving us Izzy. We finally made it past the goodbye sign as the pack stops then howls a sad howl each as we start to leave La Push behind. Izzy starts to break down, I pull her closer to me kissing her forehead quickly hugging her for a few hours as she starts to calm down. Us both whispering.

"Goodbye Forks for now."
