I've always found this ship confusing. It was being shipped even before the season 3 finale, where Chloe called Luka cute. While Chloe may find Luka attractive, she doesn't know him and I doubt Luka would want to date her. Additionally, given that Chloe is one of Marinette's bullies, I don't think they would make a good couple.
