The first time they met Felix sexually assaulted Ladybug aka Marinette with I can't forgive him for is a horrible thing to do to someone no one should go through that. While emotion does prove that Felix is not heartless and cares about Mari because Adrien cares about Mari he does not like Marinette and if he did it would be weird to like your cousin's girlfriend and Marinette hates Felix nor trusts him after he betrayed her in the season 4 final.
