It was revealed in season 2 and the flashback episode in season 5 that Kim has feelings for Chloe. However, it was also evident that Chloe does not share these sentiments towards Kim. In fact, Kim is currently dating a red-haired swimmer girl i think. Chloe's values seem to revolve around wealth, so it's unlikely that she would develop any affection towards Kim. When Kim confessed his feelings to her, Chloe ridiculed him, which indicates her lack of concern for his emotions. To be frank, Chloe does not seem to care about anyone's feelings.
