3rd person POV
It had been a year since the incident that left everybody heartbroken and shocked happened. The girls were still sadden by this especially Hyein she was devasted she cried every night, sometimes the members would hear her cries and they'd try to comfort her, but she wouldn't open her door and refused to talk to anyone about it.
The girls we were very worried about her, even if she looked happy or fine while the camera was on they knew it was all an act some fans noticed how her laugh and smile didn't look real. Hyein tried her best not think about what had happened, but every time she was left alone she'd zone out and all those memories would come back to her, this really bugged her she'd spent sleepless nights crying.
The girls needed to make a new comeback soon and the staff had told them that each one of them could write a song that could be included in their next album. After hearing this Hyein wasn't too excited, but it was good thing maybe she could write a song about the person that left Hyein feeling like this. After this the girls headed home to work on their song, Hyein went to her room and sat there thinking of what she should write.
A few hours had passed Hyein had finished her lyrics and she was pretty satisfied with them now she just needed to show their producer and the members. She was glad she was able to finish in a day, she worked hard and she knew it the hard work was gonna pay off.
Hyein had was so focused on writing the song she didn't even notice it was night time which meant she had to eat. She got up from her seat, she left her room and headed to the kitchen where she saw all of her members sitting on the dining table the food was serve already she saw an extra plate and two empty seats, she sat down and looked at Minji "Is this for me?" She asked the older girl, Minji only nodded Hyein could feel everyone's stares on her "What's the matter? why are you guys staring at me like that?" She asked them.
"Nothing we're just a bit shocked because you finally joined us for dinner" Hanni spoke up before taking a bite of her food "Ohh, well I finished my song and I would like you guy's opinions on it" Hyein said "Wow you finished it that fast?? That's amazing isn't it guys?" Danielle said in a cheerful tone trying to brighten the mood, lately she's the only that has been trying to make the girls laugh she seems cheerful and happy, but deep down she's heartbroken as well, "Yeah it is, after dinner you can show it to us" Minji said, Hyein gave her a nod before she continued eating.
Everybody went quiet after that, Danielle tried making small talk with everyone, but mostly everybody gave her short responses except Haerin, she tried her best to keep the small talk going just to make Danielle happy.
After dinner the girls gathered in the living room waiting for the youngest member to come back to the living room to show them her song. This was the first time they spent time together in a while, even though they spent time together when they are filming they know its all fake, its not fun anymore now its just them doing their job.
Hyein came out of her room with a small notebook on her hands, the members quickly look at her while made her way the couch, the looked at the notebook Hyein was holding they recognized it, Hyein saw how their expressions slightly changed she could see the pain in their eyes, she felt bad for having to remind them about that one person they so badly missed. The tall girl then sat down and open the notebook she flipped through the pages and stopped at the page that had the lyrics to her song (btw I will be using another artist's song) Hyein then gave the notebook to Minji, after Minji read the lyrics she passed it to Hanni and so on.
After the girls done reading the lyrics Hyein the gave the notebook back "So what do you guys think?" Hyein asked them "It's amazing Hyein" Danielle said smiling at the younger girl "It really is Hyein" Haerin said agreeing with Dani "You should show it to the producer" Said Minji "Yup maybe they'll include it on our next album" Hanni told the girl. Hyein was proud of herself, she felt happy for the first time a in a long time. After that they all went back to their rooms, Hyein didn't cry this time, she still felt sad, but she knew she needed to start moving on and help the girls move on as well. Even though she loved that person a lot, she knew she couldn't get them back, she couldn't get her back. Hyein soon drifted to sleep.
