Part VII

When Reham's mind was wandering, Husam interrupted her thoughts by saying: "Reham, I think it's very important for you to go to school, and I want to know seriously why you've been absent for two weeks. I also want you to act responsibly and get out of this isolation."

He paused for a moment and then continued, "You should focus on your studies and your future. Therefore, you must go to school and attend your classes. And why all this isolation? In addition, your mother told me that you don't talk to her much and prefer to sit alone in your room. I think you may be suffering from depression, and you know that prolonged solitude and isolation can be harmful to your mental health. So I suggest you go to the club and meet your friends. I understand that you're a teenager and still young in life experiences, but you must deal with this responsibly and meet your friends at the club to have a good time with them."

Reham's mother agreed with Husam, saying, "I agree with Husam. I also want you to act responsibly and go to school and attend your classes. And I want you to communicate with your friends at the club and enjoy your time with them. And don't forget to respect the school rules, and understand that these actions will only have a negative impact on your academic and personal future."

Reham responded, "I'm not young, in fact, I will turn seventeen in three days. And I agree with both of you. I will go to school and attend my classes, and I will meet my friends at the club and have a good time with them. Thank you very much for your advice and support."

Husam added, "Okay, happy early birthday, and we will celebrate your birthday at the club in three days, and I will inform all our friends. Let's enjoy our time together and celebrate your birthday in the best way possible."

Reham thanked them both again and felt relieved that she wasn't alone in the world. She also noticed that Husam didn't mention anything about Professor Omar, which made her feel a sense of inner peace. She realized that her mother had no doubts about her relationship with Omar and that it was still ongoing.
