planning the plan

I woke up the next day, mattheo laying next to me sleeping. I turned off my alarm and sat up. I got up and slowly made my way to the shower, i was still a little sore from the night before. I turned on the water and let it warm up before hopping in and letting the hot water run down my body. I washed my hair, face, and body before getting out and drying off. I wiped the fog off of the mirror and looked at myself...I had huge bags under my eyes and i looked half dead. I walked out of the bathroom to get my uniform for school today, mattheo was still asleep. I quickly put on my unifrom before going back into the bathroom and putting on some light makeup to cover up my bags and overall tiredness before slipping on my shoes and grabbing my bag. "hey, get up we have school." i say while throwing mattheos shirt at him hitting him in the face, causing him to wake up and roll over, "ok.." is all i got in reply. I rolled my eyes then walked out the door to the great hall for breakfast.

I made it about half way there before i saw pansy and draco slowly walking together. i sped up to catch up to them, "hey!" i say, catching their attention. "hey" draco responded tiredly. "someone had a long night." i say laughing at my brothers misery. "i was forced into dancing to the point of exhaustion..." draco says slightly glaring at pansy who just smiled in return, "you know you love me." she said laughing slightly. "Well all i know is im tired and i don't want to go to class today.." i say flinging open the door to the great hall and grabbing a seat. panst sat across from me and draco sat on my left. We immediantly started eating....bitch im starving...I was practically inhaling my food. I finished my food first and started taking food from dracos plate. "bitch get your paws off my food." he said swatting my hand away, "rude!" i say snatching a sausage. draco just sideeyed me and moved his plate away slightly.

Once we had finished breakfast we had 10 minutes before class started, "im gonna go get to class early. ill save you a seat" i say to pansy, getting up and grabbing my bag, "ill just come with you now!" she says also grabbing her bag. We both say bye to draco and make our way to Professor Slughorn's class. We take two seats in the back and start talking while people slowly started showing up. soon enough Mattheo came in and sat in the seat infront of me. I simply smiled at him and got one in return. I turned back to pasy to see her smirking at me, "what.." i say knowing what she was going to ask, "are you two together yet?? i can't be doing all the work in this relationship." she says wiping away a fake tear. i roll my eyes, "number 1 you are doing no work in this "relationship" and number 2..yes...we are official as of last night.." i say glancing at mattheo and blushing slightly. I look back at pansy to see her slightly teary eyed. I gave her a confused look and she wiped away a small tear, "my baby is all grown up...." she says while sniffing dramactically. "GIRL YOU'VE KNOWN ME FOR LESS THAN A YEAR!!!" i say laughing at her.  "i know but is feels like i've know you for forever!!" she says in defense. i just giggled at her once more before Professor Slughorn started class.

"Can anyone tell me what Amortentia is?" he asked the class. almost everyone raised their hand, i knew it because of my parents homeschooling me but i remember draco talking about it in his 2nd-3rd year. "yes Ms. Granger" hermoine lowered her hand as did everyone else and answered, "its the most powerful love potion." "correct! Now we're gonna study it!" Professor Slughorn said while walking over to his desk. everyone looked around confused since we've all aready studied it. "umm excuse me sir, but we've already studied it.." pansy said, professor slughorn turned and look at the class who where all nodding theirs heads slightly. "aahh, my bad. I meant to say we're going to experience it...everyone come stand up at the table in the front." we all got up and formed a circle around the table. Professor slughorn grabbed a pot of sorts and a few ingrediants. we all watched as he mixed everything together. a shimmery smoke rose out of the pot. "one at a time smell the potion and state what you smell, this is what attracts you and at least one has to do with the person you love." professor slughorn stated. we all went in a circle smelling the potion and saying it out loud. once it was pansys turn she stated she smelt mahogany apples and spearmint. i immediantly knew she was smelling my brother, i saw her blushing because i think she knew who she smelt too. It was then my turn.

I walked up to the pot and took in a deep breath, i got hit with the scent of cigaretts, rosemary, and a cologne. "i smell cigaretts, rosemary, and a cologne." i say to the class. All of the scents smelt familiar..then i remembered how mattheo smelt the night we met up at the astronomy tower... i had zoned out thinking about mattheo but then zoned back in once it was his turn. he went up to the pot and inhaled i saw him try to hide a smirk but we failed slightly, "i smell jasmine, coffee, and white amber" on the way back to his spot in the circle mattheo glanced at me and winked. I slightly smiled and i felt a blush creep up my face. After a few more people had gone we went back to our seats to talk with the people around us on what we smelt and why we smelt it.

I sat down and immediantly turned to pansy, "you smelt my brother!!" i say smiling widely, "yeah...i guess i did!" she said looking at her fingers blushing hard, "but you smelt your little lover boy so you can't talk!!" i just laughed at her little lover boy remark and moved past it. "also, i know for a FACT that he smelt you!!" pansy said pointing at me, "ha, really? i thought so but i wasn't sure" i say smelling my hair and uniform, "ummm hell yeah girl, you have jasmine shampoo and conditioner, you always drink coffee every chance you get, and your perfumes main ingrediant is white amber!!" pansy said leaning back in her chair. Mattheo then turned around and joined hte conversation, "i mean im not surprised you smelt me..im very desireable" i rolled my eyes and pushed his head away, "uhuh, ok riddle...soooo desierable." i say saracastically. "i mean, you smelled me too!" i say doodling on a piece of paper. Professor slughorn dismissed the class and everyone started to leave. I grabbed my bad and started walking down the hall, I heard someone walking behind me. I turn to see Mattheo, "what's up riddle?" i say waiting for him to catch up. "we have to talk about the mission..i've been thinking about it."

We both had study hall for our 3rd class. so we planned to meet up in the library to talk. After my 2nd class i made my way to the library. Mattheo had gotten two chairs towards the back in a corner. I sat down and got out a book to look like i was studying. "alright, what are we gonna do." i ask him quietly. "Well i was doing some digging in some old documents and books and all of them say that the last person to have the wand was Gellet Grindelwald.." "ok, so we find him an-" "well, he lost against dumbledore..." "so that means that dumbledore now-" "now has the wand..yes..and the only way to get it and its power is to defeat the current owner..." "so we have to defeate dumbledore??" "exactly.." mattheo says finally. cutting me off. we both sat in silence for a minute before i spoke. "we need more info before putting a plan into action. we need to figure out how to defeate Dumbledore and we also need to do it in secret so no one knows its us..our lives are on the line." i say closing my book and grabbing my bag, "we'll talk about this once we get more information.." i say before walking away and leaving the library.
