Yule ball

I woke up to find myself wrapped in Mattheos arms. I quietly slithered out of his grasp and went to shower. Today was the Yule ball so classes have been canceled. I turned on the shower and let the water heat up before hopping in and using my best smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. After my shower Mattheo was still asleep so I quickly threw on some leggings, a sweatshirt, high tops, and grabbed my bag before heading to Pansy and Dracos dorm. I knocked on the door and was soon greeted with a very excited Pansy and a very tired draco, it was like day verses night. On one side we had Pansy who was very energetic and ready for the day, but on the other side we had my brother who was still in PJ's and looked like he'd just survived a tornado. "Ready?!" Pansy said grabbing her bag and putting on her shoes, "as ready as i'll ever be.." I say not 100% sure if I would be able to keep up with Pansy and he energy all day, "shut up, i know you love my energy." she said smiling at me before closing the door behind her. we walked to the great hall for breakfast, because of everyone either decorating or cooking for the ball tonight breakfast was simple grab-and-go foods. Pansy and I each grabbed a muffin, coffee, and little cup of fruit before going and eating in the astronomy tower. they didn't really want us eating in the great hall becasue we might get in the way and be distractions. Once we made our way to the astronomy we took a seat on the couch in there and ate our breakfast. "so, what's the plan for today?" I aksed, knowing Pansy already had one in her head. "I thought we could eat breakfast, hangout in my dorm for a bit, then get ready together!" she replied, taking a sip of her coffee. "ok, sounds good!"

We both finished eating our breakfast and headed back to our dorms, "let me go get my dress and shoes then I go to your dorm." i say speed walking past pansys dorm and to my own. Pansy nodded before walking inside her dorm. I rushed inside mattheo and i's dorm, Mattheo and my brother where both inside, "sorry to interupt your girl talk, I just need to grab my dress and heels" I say flinging open the doors to my closet, "it's fine princess" Mattheo says, "ew, no..not ok.." i hear draco say as he gets up and grabs the basket Cedric sent me, "can I eat the rest of this??" he asks, opening it and looking at what all was left in the basket. "ummmmmm, past me 2 chocolate frogs, 2 butterbeers, and the pack of exploding bonbons..you can have the rest." "sweet!!" dracos says while passing me the frogs, butterbeers, and bonbons. "alright, see you later!" I say while closing the door behind me. I open Pansys door and lay my dress on her bed, "I got us snacks" I say while sitting on the floor, laying out all the snacks I brought. "Omg! perfect!! I got snacks too, but mine are savory! i'm glad you got sweet stuff!!" Pansy replies, running over to a bag sitting on her chair. She pulls out 2 cornish pies, 4 small yorkshire pudding, and 2 bottles of water. "YESSS! i Love yorkshire pudding!!!" I say grabbing my share of the snacks, "hehe i know, that's why I got them" pansy replies, sitting across from me.

Pansy and I talked, ate our snacks, and laughed before realizing the dance was in 4 hours. "we should get ready.." Pansy said looking at the time, "yeah, i guess you're right..I also have to go meet my secret admirer at 7:30 so that leaves us with 30 minutes less..so realy we olny have 3 1/2 hours to get ready" I reply, standing up and walking into the bathroom with Pansy following close behind, "what?! girl!! why am i JUST NOW hearing about this??" Pansy exclaimed, "the betrayal.." I giggled a bit at her dramatics, "well you know now, so hurry up and help me do my makeup and hair." I said shoving a brush at her. "hmmmm ok, but only if i get to come with you to meet cedric.." "we don't know for sure that it's cedric so i am refering to them as my secret admirer-" "no Y/N we know its credic." Pansy said flatly, cutting me off a bit.. "hehe whatever.."

Pansy did my makeup, perfectly.. She used gold shimmery eyeshadow, with winged eyeliner, mascara, and a subtle red lip tint with gloss. Pansys makeup was just as beautiful.. she had dark green eyeshadow with dramatic eyelinder, mascara, and a glossy nude lip. For hair i decided to curle my hair and let the curles cascade down my back. Pansy put her hair into an intricate braided bun with little decorative flowers. Finally we put on our dresses, heels, and grabbed our handbags. "ready??" I asked, anxious to get going. "yup!! and its perfect timing!! we have 20 minutes to make it to the dance, so just enough time to go meet cedric, turn him down, then make it in enough time to the ball." "yup." I say popping the "P"
