Ch.27

Day
I entered the room and removed my clothes and went to take a shower. I usually did this whenever I felt suffocated with Itt's absence. I pushed my hair back and lifted my neck in frustration and sighed.
I came out of the shower with a Towel wrapped around me. I took another towel and started wiping water from my hair and went to the open wallet on the bed.
'Itt, I am really confused. I am really not getting what's happening. Is the outside person u or really ur look alike Sun. I am really....'
I said to Itt's photo while wiping my tears off. I took my time and cried for some minutes. I calmed myself and wiped my tears. 'While I was loosing complete hope for Itt's arrival in my life, Sun came. I need to be patient with the situation. I can start off befriending him as this is how I can stay here for a long time and also work on the mission with P'Peace.' I thought and wore my dress quickly and came down.
Neil
We had all were called for breakfast, so I was going to call Day when he arrived there 'Are u ok?' I asked him as he sat beside me.
Day
'Hmm. I am pretty good.' I said. 'Don't worry about me. I am really fine.' I said to everyone sitting there including Peace who looked at me worriedly.
Sun
'The breakfast is here.' I exclaimed and bought food for them and started serving them. I could feel a pair of orbs looking at me with bedroom eyes. Those eyes wandered every single corner I was moving to. I tried glancing once but the powerful daze almost made my heart skip.
Day
Though he was just a lookalike of Itt. But I couldn't stop but gaze at him as I was seeing Itt after such a long time. We had a milliseconds eye contact which made me feel all fluttered too.
Sun
I came to Day. 'Here's ur breakfast.' I said awkwardly.
Day
I hummed in yes and started digging in.
Sun
I came back to kitchen with increased palpitations. 'Calm down.' I said to my beating heart.
Ayan(a kid of orphanage)
'Come with us to have a meal.' I squeaked.
Sun
He was the youngest of all of them. I knelt, smiled and nodded yes and went to have breakfast with them while holding his hand.

Night
After the breakfast I tried getting away from the place so we could have less contact with Sun. 'P'Day, how about we all go somewhere.' I asked.
Day
I knew Night is trying to get us away from here. 'Night, I am really ok. But I don't feel to go somewhere right now. How about u guys go? Nick has a job to attend. I am afraid u guys won't be able to enjoy the countryside completely.' I said. 'I have contacted a travel agency with Peace. U guys can go around with him.' I said calmly.
Nick
I was about to argue back when Neil whispered. 'Let us just let do whatever he wants. Let's not argue now. We are on a trip.'
I reluctantly agreed over his words.
Nan
'Fine then Hia. We will get going. Call us when needed.' I said as all of us went back to our rooms to collect things for today's adventure.
Gear
We came down getting all ready where Peace was waiting for us.
Peace
'I will be a guide for u guys in these incoming days. Hope u all enjoy. ' I said and showed them the way to the travel van.
Mac
'Will Day be really ok?' I asked Nan.
Nan
'Hmm.' I said and took Mac in arms as we settled in the van.

Back in orphanage
Day
The kids were attending their school and the only adults present there were Sun and me.
I went towards him and tried making conversations.
'Hi. Myself Day. I am actually pretty sorry for what happened this morning. It was quite surprising for u and... me too.' There was an awkward silence between us for a while.
'Can we be friends? 'I blurted breaking the silence.
Sun
I was hearing everything awkwardly. I couldn't process the apology when he proposed for a friendship. I nervously looked up to him and nodded yes.
Day
As he said yes, I asked him. 'Can I sit... by ur side?'
Sun
I hummed yes and gave him space. He started talking about various things after a while to which I used to smile or laugh or nod.
Day
Though he was nothing like Itt who was a complete chatter box but he was listening to me patiently. I could see a good friend in him. We didn't realize it had become evening already. The kids came back and were demanding for a dinner.
Sun
'Would u ...like to help me?' I asked as I started going to kitchen.
Day
I wanted to say yes but all my friends arrived and dragged me to the hall to tell what happened in the trip.
Sun
I chuckled and assured him it's ok and told him to go softly. And went to prepare food.
Day
Everyone started telling me about there stories while I pretended to listen them. I really couldn't take my eyes off Sun. I was seeing Itt in him I guess. We were sharing an awkward eye contact with smiles in between all the time.
Sun
After a while, I called out for everyone. 'Dinner is ready!' And started serving them.
Pop(a kid)
'Didn't we had Catfish yesterday. U had said that we can have that only on Saturday no matter whatever guest come, P'Sun?'
Sun
I awkwardly went down to him. 'Don't u like it though?' I asked.
Pop
'Hmm. I love it.'
Sun
I smiled 'Then go ahead and enjoy. Or do u want ur fish to be given to someone else.' I teased him.
Pop
'Nooooo. I am going.' And I went running from there.
Everyone laughed and started taking the fish.
Peace
'But what Pop said was right. U don't make it.' I asked.
Sun
I awkwardly answered. 'I... suddenly wanted to... make one.' While fidgeting with my fingers in back. I made a slight eye contact with Day who was already looking at my direction.
Night
'What a coincidence. My brother loves this dish.' I said while eating.
Day
I stuttered shyly 'The fish... is really.... tasty.'
Sun
I smiled and got flustered. I thanked and went to kids to have dinner.
Nick
'Never knew a big guy like Sun can get shy too.' I said.
Mac
I smacked his head and said 'Shut up u fool.'
Everyone smiled and continued eating.
Peace
'He might look like he would kill u with one blow but he is actually a biggest softie. He wasn't that buff in the start. He actually began developing it these years. Unfortunately he has got a disease all over his body. But still he is very calm about it.' I said while eating.
Day
I felt a little strange. 'What disease he has?' I tried questioning.
Peace
'It's a chronic skin disease. Psoriasis. Though it isn't contagious but is pretty harmful for the person. Though he is recovering but not at quite a speed. Moreover u get psoriatic attacks all ur life. Therefore he always wears full clothes all the time to avoid questions.' I answered.
Day
'Ohh.' I said and ate my food.
After the dinner, everyone went around the bonfire while kids went to sleep.
'I will skip this.' I said and went back to room.
Neil
I saw him going upstairs. I sighed as Nick patted my back. 'It's ok. Everything will be fine.' He whispered. I smiled and nodded at him and went near the bonfire and sat in a circle and started chatting along with the other ones.

Day
I came back to my room and searched more about the disease. I went for videos for better understanding. I literally started researching for it in every search engine in able to cover every point as possible. I didn't realize and drifted off to sleep after that.

Sun
I joined everyone in the bonfire. My eyes started searching for Day unconsciously. When suddenly Nick snapped me back in reality.
Nick
'Sun. Ur body looks great.' I Complimented.
Sun
I thanked him and started hearing their talks. Since I couldn't get topics well so I nodded with them. It felt nice with them.
Mac
'Though u look a lot like Itt, but u r nothing like him. He was a lot chirpier, even than us. Anyways let's be friends. ' I offered.
Sun
I agreed and shaked hands with them.
Soon, tired from the trip, they all went to sleep.
I sat looking at the bonfire aimlessly. 'What will happen to us?' I asked myself and smiled faintly.

The next day
Sun
Everything happened in the same schedule as in the earlier day. It's just that I felt more comfortable with Day and I started mixing well in the friend circle. Though the awkwardness didn't went fully with Day, but it had improved to quite an extend.
I 'coincidentally' started making dishes that were actually favorites of Day. If only they knew it wasn't just mere a  coincidence.....
Anyways, the week got over quickly and his friends were about to depart.
Night
'Ai Sun, I really don't want to leave u.' I said hugging him.
Nick
'So trueeee. I will be missing ur food so much. Neil really makes awful food.'I said while crying dramatically.
Neil
'Yo Nick. Can u stop blaming me?' I said while everyone started laughing.
Mac
'It's really true Sun. We will be missing u so much.' I added.
Sun
'U can visit me more.' I said while hugging them back. We felt like departing apart after so many years of being together.
Nan
'Take care of urself Sun and P'Peace.' I said and hugged them a goodbye.
Day
'As for driving, Gear u help Neil with that.' I ordered to which he nodded.
Night
'P'Day. Take care of urself and call us when needed. We will visit u soon too.' I said while hugging him tight.
Day
'Hmm. U too. Make sure to visit Ma and Pa more as well.' I said while patting him.
Neil
'Call us when needed, bud.' I said looking at Day to which he smiled and hummed.
Day
We bid each other a farewell and I kept looking at the bus until it totally disappeared from the eyes. I sighed and looked back to see Sun in tears.
He saw me looking at him and quickly went from there. 'Looks like he got quite attached with them.' I said and went to Peace to formulate the plan well. We began patrolling the markets asking for Daniel's presence. We visited places asking people and all we had got that he has a campus unknown to anyone and sends his people in disguise to take a check over the control.
'If his people come here, then they should know about our presence.' I said looking at Peace.
Peace
'Hmm. This way we can lure Daniel and his base out.' I added as we both smiled in agreement of each other's thought.
Day
Back in the orphanage, I started hanging out with Sun more often. I accompanied him to markets to buy things needed and he started opening more about him. Though I had started accepting him as Sun but his habits made me question my own thoughts time to time. 2 months passed away in a snap.
