Madelyn rang her hands together nervously. She was in an interview and it had been going well. That was until they had brought up one specific name.

[name].

Her ex boyfriend. Their relationship had been very public and people liked them together. Then they broke up about a month ago and it had been all over the news. Everyone had an oppinion on it. Some thing he cheated, some thing she cheated with her co star. It was hard for her to move on when she was being reminded of the boy every day.

"Have you talked to him about all the media speculations?"

Madelyn sighed and looked up. "Um, no, we haven't talked for a while. I assume he's handling it the same why I am." Her answer was blunt and she hoped the girl could take the hint that she didn't want to talk about it.

Instead of changing the subject, it only seemed to urge her on. "There were a lot of rumours for the reason of the break up. Such as cheating. Is that true?"

Now that was a bold question. Her face went tense. "Of course not." She said firmly. "There was no cheating from him or from me. Our break up was mutual. We both deserve to move on and not have to talk about this all the time and that's all I'm going to say about it."

The interviewer nodded her head. "Okay. We'll move onto the next subject. The new season of Outer Banks is coming out soon..."

The blonde couldn't help but tune out of her voice. Her mind was over taken with images and memories of her ex. It made her clench her fist and she was sure anyone watching the interview would notice how tense she got.

It was just another thing people would talk about. Maybe they would say she was still in love with him and wanted to get back together. Maybe they would think she was so hurt and go and harass [name].

No matter what happened she knew it wasn't going to be good.

She wished she had never said yes to this stupid interview.
