Mady laughed loudly as [name] made another dumb joke. He was someone that loved to make dad jokes because he knew that got Mady cracking up.

They swung their hands between each other as they walked along the beach next to each other. It was around eight p.m. They had just finished having some dinner and decided to go for a walk instead of heading home.

"So did you want to come over tomorrow and hang out?" She asked. "You don't have to if you don't want to. I mean, it's okay. We hung out tonight so we don't have to hang out tomorrow. You are allowed to have a break from me, I just wanted - "

"Mady." He cut her off with a laugh. She looked over at him with raised eyebrows. "I would love to hang out with you tomorrow. I don't ever want a break from you."

"You might regret saying that." She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

He stopped her and turned her so they were facing each other. "I'll never regret saying that. Spending time with you is when I'm the happiest. I..." He stopped himself as he looked down at the sand.

"What?" She urged him on.

He looked back up, into her eyes. "I love you, Madelyn." Her eyes widened slightly. "I really fucking love you."

Her lips turned into a wide smile and she jumped into his arms. He was prepared for that and held her up. "I really fucking love you to."

"Good because that would have been awkward." He said and let her put her feet back to the ground. She looked up at him through her lashes and he gave her a quick kiss. "I'm so glad I met you."

She wound her arms around his neck and pulled him down to her height since he was taller then her before kissing him.

The moonlight shined over them and the waves crashed against the sand. [name] would never want to be anywhere else.
