As the spot went inside Alchemax we followed up by heading inside also. He walks through many portals as he makes it to the super collider. He then clicks the button while saying "Boop" to close the forcefield doors in front of us so we can't interfere with his plans as he starts the startup sequence while using portals to kick the scientists out of the room
