This chapter will discuss the highest outer structures being the valley, divineverse and vortexverse and the entities within it. The structures goes as follows:

An endless valley of mountains immeasurably transcends the ultirium hierarchy and transator and there are an infinite number of mountains here and their size and height can vary. However, there is one mountain that is taller and bigger than the rest and that is the ultimate mountain. It has an endless staircase reaching to the top of the mountain which would lead to the divineverse itself. Each step would immeasurably transcend the lower steps and each step also has an uncountably infinite number of layers with each layer immeasurably transcending the previous. The valley also has creatures called the inhabitants who are similar to terrestrial animals such as insects, fish, mammals, etc. animals that you would encounter in the wild, in cities, etc but these animals are a lot more powerful than there earthly counterparts and even extraterrestrial animals exists here too though far more powerful as well. The valley is created by atharon including all of its inhabitants and the ultimate mountain

The valley is merely an infinitesimal part of the divineverse and it also contains an infinite number of divine ones who vary in power. The top 6 most powerful divine ones are crithm who is the evil lord of the divineverse and wants to to rule over it
