That night, Serizawa got barely any sleep. His mind kept replaying Reigen's words over and over again.

"I really love you, Katsuya."

Each time he thought about it, he got more flushed and tried to calm himself down with the fact that Reigen was probably just drunk and was joking around. However that didn't seem to make him feel any better or any less nervous, because in the end, Reigen was still laying right next to him in the same bed.

He could get up, but he didn't. He could get up, if he was uncomfortable, being in bed with someone who might've confessed his love to him, but he didn't. Reigen didn't make him uncomfortable. Rather than that, Serizawa felt comfortable when he was with him.

Serizawa brushed it off, realizing that Reigen was drunk last night and he didn't have a crush on a guy like Serizawa.

Or did he?

No... there was no way.

Serizawa brushed the thought off again and again, over and over, convincing himself that Reigen knew better than to fall in love with someone like Serizawa, is what he kept telling himself, yet it seemed impossible to get Reigen's words out of his head.

He looked at the blond-haired man sleeping next to him. He looked so peaceful, seemingly still deep in sleep.

His hair was messy, which wasn't exactly strange for someone who was probably going to be hungover when he woke up. He'll probably be a bit grumpy too, since alcohol decreased his sleep quality. He might even not say a word and just stare into space, frowning. Then, when he drinks his first cup of coffee, has breakfast, brushes his teeth and gets dressed up, then maybe he'll be the usual, more cheerful and expressive version of himself that Serizawa knew.

Or maybe, when he wakes up, maybe he'll feel better immediately and he'll get up to start his day like he usually does and maybe he'll even want to spend the day with Serizawa, a subtle smile painted over his face all the time throughout the day.

Did it even bother Serizawa that Reigen said those words last night? Did he mind what could be a confession? Was it really that bad and embarrassing for him to think about?

He looked away then back at Reigen again.

Maybe... If that was a real confession... Maybe he didn't mind it at all...

Serizawa felt his cheeks turn red. Did he like Reigen for real?

Reigen was still asleep when Serizawa moved his head closer in the next second. Why? Not even he knew for sure. Maybe he wanted to kiss him. Even if he for sure knew that he wanted to do that, he'd hold himself back - he didn't know whether Reigen appreciated being kissed in his sleep and that was no way to find out.

Perhaps he was looking for something that would give out whether he truly liked Reigen or not.

He had freckles that you could only see if you looked real close. They were small and light and were occupying the space under his eyes (on his cheeks) and some were planted on his nose. Maybe there were a few that Serizawa missed, but, as stated before, they were tiny and they were all very bright.

Then there were his lips. They were pink and whenever they were pulled into a smile, dimples would appear on each side. They looked soft, and they were, Serizawa managed to reach them that one time and nothing felt nicer on his skin.

His eyelashes were fairly long and thin. They were dark brown. The edges were slightly lighter than the rest, which was another detail you could see only if you brought your head close enough.
