My Man left for work at 6 AM and I was working on writing this novel for you readers out there from 9 PM on Monday, July 10th, 2023 all the way until 7 o'clock this morning.
I hope that this book encourages you to speak out about things that you've been through because whether people try to invalidate your trauma or not, the bottom line is that your trauma did happen
And it matters because it made you who you are today. Every traumatic experience you went through, you should look at yourself in the mirror, and tell yourself "Yes, bitch. WE made it through that."
If nobody told you today or lately, you're doing a great job with the cards you've been dealt.
Also, I would be pretty boring without my trauma, that's for sure.
