The fireworks bursting in the sky were truly a marvel to witness. The colors shone so brightly and the patterns were so elaborate, it appeared as though the sky had been brushed with magic. Inside the castle, jubilation and festivity filled the air as all gathered to celebrate the union of Princess Elisabeth and King Philip II. The hall, decked with flowers, candles, and exquisite tapestries, exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The guests, dressed in their most elegant attire, added to the celebratory mood with their cheerful faces and lively conversations. As the couple stepped onto the dance floor, their movements were elegant and smooth, encircled by family and friends who observed with delight and esteem. The music that filled the background was so enchanting, that it seemed to cast a spell throughout the chamber.

Oblivious, Kamaria noticed Colin heading towards her with a look of anxiety, holding two goblets of wine, while Yelena observed him with envy. Colin, cutting off Kamaria, shakily handed her a goblet.

"To the happy couple," he exclaimed, hoisting his goblet. Kamaria, accepting the wine, lifted it towards her mouth but paused, a prior warning echoing in her mind. Doubtful, she pondered whether it was mere paranoia. Yet, as Colin looked away, she discreetly set the goblet down on a table close by.

As she turned around, Kamaria caught Yelena and Zahria eyeing the Scottish queen with keen interest, causing her to frown and whisper under her breath, "Oh, Yelena, not this."

With a beaming smile, Kamaria turned to Ananya and exclaimed, "I'd love to dance."

"You can't dance alone, Maria," Ananya replied, her eyes wide in shock, only to be met with Kamaria's smile, showcasing her pearly whites. "But I won't be alone," Kamaria assured her, taking Ananya's hands as they approached Yelena, Zahria, and Adara.

As the music started, the six girls couldn't contain their excitement, giggling as they slipped off their shoes. They joined hands and ran onto the dance floor, spinning in circles, their laughter resonating in the room. While most guests were amused, Queen Catherine's expression remained unamused by the girls' playful behavior.

"We're overrun by Scots," Catherine commented sarcastically, prompting laughter and applause from some, with a few even joining the girls' dance. Kamaria, twirling at the center of the room, came to a sudden halt, her smile fixed as she locked eyes with Francis's blue gaze.

Feathers then began to float down from the ceiling like snowflakes, enveloping the guests. Kamaria looked up, her attention caught by the feathers, and as one caressed her cheek, she was thrust into a flashback.

The vivacity of Kamaria and Francis was palpable as they jumped on the bed, delighting in the thrill of bouncing on a feather mattress. Their giggles and shrieks permeated the room, creating an atmosphere of warmth and happiness. However, the fun came to a sudden halt when the mattress ripped, sending feathers flying everywhere, contributing to the scene's joyful disarray.
