'It might sound crazy for us people but I have a couple of Indian friends other than you and I knew that you people value your family and culture more than anything..'

Richards held Adhrith's shoulder who sat beside him in the canteen, opening up about the happenings in India,

'But Adhrith, I also feel bad for Andrea who is madly in love with you..I still remember how she chased you to make you accept her proposal..' Richard pursed his lips and Adhrith reminisced the time when Andrea tried to explain her feelings to him,

'It's quite unusual for a girl to wait patiently, but she did it which shows her real love towards you..at least she needs a proper explanation Adhrith..'

Adhrith nodded his head in acceptance,

'I'm ready to give it, but I am scared about her response..' Adhrith took a sip of soda from his tin,

'I think she is very practical, if her feelings are real, she will accept your mistake..and also, you should take care of your wife..you are the only one whom she believes..I was stunned when she handled the situation very calmly..the decision to take her with you to meet Andrea is correct..' Richard supported Adhrith's decision,

'I wonder whether I should inform Andrea about this previously..' Adhrith looked worried,

'No don't..I guarantee that she would be broken badly..if you say this, she may not agree..just inform her that you agree to meet her and take your wife with you..once she come to meet you, she can't leave, can she?'

Adhrith nodded his head with a sigh. He thought not to call back by himself but inform Andrea once she calls him back.

'Cheer up man, everything will be alright..' Richard smiled which made Adhrith smile a little.

'I'll take my leave Richard, I have to go early today..I promised her to take her out for shopping..' Adhrith said which brought a surprised smile on Richard's face,

'Looks like someone has accepted the reality..happy for you man!' he cheered up while Adhrith immediately intervened,

'It will take some time Richard, I am not into any conclusions now..I am doing my duty as a husband..she has no casual dresses to wear so I thought to make her buy some..' Adhrith sighed while Richard shrugged,

'Okay then, see you man..'

Adhrith drove back home in deep thoughts. He knew that his questions are not going to be answered anytime soon, yet he decided to travel along with it until he gets it. He reminisced their morning conversation when Samvrutha denied going for shopping but Adhrith pestered her to get ready and finally, she had to accept it.

He entered in and frowned when he saw no signs of her. He sighed and went to his room to freshen up. Once he came downstairs, his face bloomed into a beautiful smile when he saw the cup of coffee which she kept for him. He was dead tired, not only due to his workload, but also his confusing thoughts. Just before some time, he thought that a coffee would help him and decided to prepare it himself, and she did it without even him saying it.

He took a sip of it and felt his body relaxing in no time. He closed his eyes and relished the taste of the coffee with surprise, wondering how she made it  exactly as he preferred, with less sugar and more intensity. He heard the anklets sound behind and turned back, only to widen his eyes in appreciation.

Samvrutha walked down wearing a pastel green colored kurthi, pairing with pink bottom and shawl, looking simple and elegant as usual. She half-tied her hair and wore a pair of danglers which suited her dress, and her neck was left with her thaali.
