Also!! Hello, my lovelies! It's been awhile huh?

"Again." He says, standing before me, his feet braced apart and arms crossed.
I take a deep breath and recite again.
"Eyes. Ears. Nose. Throat. Chest. Knees. Ankles. Groin."
He nods his head once, sharply at me. He's been having me recite them since he started my stretches, warming up my muscles and giving me exercises to build up my core strength.
Sweat lines down my back and hairline and dampens my upper lip.
He walks over to me.
"Have you heard of a centre-line?" He asks me.
I shake my head, no.
He nods and stops before me. Placing a single finger at the centre of my hairline, he drags the tip of it down as he explains.
"According to the centre-line theory, there's a single like that goes through your whole body from the tip of your head to the bottom of your toes." His finger stops at my navel.
"It's the line around which your balance hinges. I'm going to show you to keep yours and tilt your opponents'."
I nod.
He turns to step away and brings a book to me. It's a hard bound. My eyes widen and I gasp almost rushing toward it with grabby fingers. He lets me pry it away from his hands and I bury my nose in its pages.
I'm allowed exactly ten seconds before the book is taken away and placed on my head. My eyes widen and I immediately straighten, trying to keep it where it is.
"Walk." He says.
"Are you giving me etiquette lessons?" I ask.
My question goes unanswered as Kri watches my posture as I walk with a book on my head in a straight line.
I do this for a long long time, before he starts to throw directions at me, telling me to turn, stop, walk faster, slow down. They're so sudden, that the book slides off of my head at times.
We're hours into this and I'm exhausted. It's just walking with a book on my head after some good old stretches. But I'm a home bird whose biggest exercise of the day is typing on a laptop and lifting said laptop. My back, neck and butt hurt (apparently I was clenching it) by the time Kri removes the book off my head.
I collapse onto the ground, stretching my hands behind me to prop against them and leaning my head back. Sweat drops against my neck and I close my eyes.
I feel him beside me. I open my eyes to see him with one knee on the ground, the other thigh parallel to the floor with one arm resting on it.
"We'll do this again in the evening."
"You bring me a book and don't let me read it. Do you hate me?"
"Terribly."
I groan and lay down, my eyes closing.
"I need another bath." My muscles hurt.
"I'll give you one if you get up."
I open one eye, "I'm mad at you. I won't let you bathe me."
