Vigilante POV:

"Alright, asshole, what did you wake me up for this time?" I said angrily.

"You slept in until 12:00 PM on your first day. That cannot be healthy," Nightmare said.

"Changing the subject," I grumbled.

"Whatever, are you ready to train your fighting skills?" Nightmare asked, looking unamused.

"Not with you," I said, looking him up and down.

"Of course not," he replied, closing his eyes. I looked at him, confused.

Next thing I knew, I was falling through a portal. Instinctively, I let out a scream as I landed face-first into a pile of dirt.

"My child? I told you not to come back here. I'm sorry. You always try that," a male voice spoke.

I shrugged, dusting the dirt off my arms and getting up. "Uh, sorry sir, think you got the wrong person, never met you before," I said nonchalantly and walked away. I found myself in a grassy forest that strangely reminded me of Snowdin Town, so I followed the only path I could see. Sure enough, it led me to Snowdin. I shrugged off the absence of snow, assuming it must be summer or something. I kept walking around aimlessly before realizing I had ended up in Underswap. I had no clue why Nightmare had sent me here. Nevertheless, I continued walking until I reached the usual location of Sans and Papyrus' house. Feeling bored, I decided to kick down the door.

I tried kicking down the door, but it didn't make a dent. So, I backed up to the edge of the forest, started running, and slid into the door. The door fell down with me on it, but the blunt of the impact was taken by my arm. I winced, rolling up my jacket sleeve to reveal a crack in it. I forced my sleeve down, still wincing.

Inks POV:

Me, Dream, Blue, and his brother Papyrus gathered in Blue's room for a friendly game of Gin Rummy. The room was filled with excitement and anticipation as Blue shuffled the deck and prepared for the game ahead.

As the cards were dealt and the game progressed, laughter and friendly banter filled the air. My quick thinking and strategic moves earned me an impressive winning streak. I played my cards with finesse, leaving my opponents in awe.

However, Blue's luck seemed to be against him.
"Ink always wins, he's cheating!" Blue exclaimed, his voice laced with playful accusation. He leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, and a mischievous glint in his eye.

I chuckled, shaking my head. "Oh come on, Blue. You know I'm just lucky. It's all part of the game!"

Dream and Papyrus joined in the laughter, adding their own playful remarks to the mix. The room was now filled with friendly teasing and good-natured banter.

As the next game progressed, My turn was interrupted by a mysterious crash, capturing everyone's attention. My excitement and pride shifted to shock, my pupils audibly reflecting my surprise. Slamming his card on the makeshift table, he declared, "I'm out."

Blue, concerned, turned to his brother. "Papyrus, pack up the cards." There was a touch of worry in his voice. He then turned to Ink and Dream. "Let's go see what that noise was."

Carefully, we made our way out of the room and approached the stairwell, peering down to discover Vigilante sitting on the broken front door, in a sliding position, clutching her right arm. A decision loomed before us. We couldn't approach her abruptly, considering she was still our enemy and her capabilities were unknown. Additionally, we didn't want Papyrus to be alarmed and provoke Vigilante unknowingly, potentially risking his safety.

As we descended the stairs, Dream winced, prompting concern from us. "Dream, are you okay? Did you sense a negative emotion?" Blue asked

Dream, who could sense emotions, admitted he felt a surge of pain emanating from someone in the room. We silently concluded it must be Vigilante. With caution, we approached our enemy. She had stood up by then. Dream took a step closer, attempting to reason with her, but his words were cut off by Vigilante pointing her knife at his neck.
