"hey mingyu?" chaeyoung's voice perks up
"what's up?" he asks her
fuck what was it dino said!? "i uh you know i uh," she was scared. what if he said no? she opens her phone to look back at her texts with dino "we should um go out one day. just us two." she looks away from him and turns off her phone
mingyu's eyes widen "well isn't this a date? we are together, just the two of us." god did mingyu regret what he just said. he wanted to take chaeyoung out since the day they met, but with being an idol he was scared. he was scared that she was going to find out. he could care less about the dating rumors.
"o-oh yeah, you're right." her face saddens
"but," she faces towards him "i would like to go out with you chae, in fact i've wanted to since the day i found you on the dating app. it's just going to be hard to go out in public."
"why?"
he takes a deep breath i guess i'm telling her "chaeyoung i'm a—"
"what's up everyone!" the door opens and they look back
"hao! vernon! what are you doing here?" chaeyoung stands up to hug him
"i wanted to see you! hey mingyu!" minghao smiles at him
vernon sits on chaeyoung's couch and bounces on it a little bit "i like your new couch, it's comfy!" he smiles
"i'm glad you like it!" she sits next to him and pats his head
"now i see why mingyu-hyung spends the night here!" minghao says from chaeyoung's room. she runs to minghao and goes on her bed "me and vernon should spend the night. you have big bed anyways," he smirks
"i mean i guess?" she laughs "hao, can i ask you a question."
"of course." he smiles at her
"would you take me out on a date?"
"yes of course! do you want to go on one right now?"
she stands up from her bed "wait really?"
"yes! let's go on our second date chaeyoung!" he jumps on the bed
"and it's not that late anyways! so we can go to an amusement park again!" she jumps with him
they both scream in happiness
"why are you screaming?" mingyu asks coming into the room
"i'm going out with minghao!" chaeyoung smiles widely. it's always minghao he thinks
"you're going out?" vernon walks in
"hey you wanna join!?" minghao looks at him
"sure that'd be fun."
"hey mingyu you can come too!"
"sure i'll join."
"this is going to be the best!"
