"we have to tell her, one way or another." seungcheol rubs his eyes. having a meeting with seungcheol was a normal thing for all of them but it was different this time.
"i've been thinking about that too. it would be worse if she found from someone else." jeonghan sits up
"mingyu that was so foolish of you! you could've dated her after she found out!" seungcheol pushes his shoulder
"but i thought she wouldn't date me if she found out." mingyu pouts
"i want to tell her." minghao stands up. they look at him
"why?" they all ask
he sighs "meeting chaeyoung, i felt like it was meant to be. not like relationship wise cause she totally belongs with mingyu, but friendship wise! we all got that app when we were bored, drunk, curious, and meeting chaeyoung out of it and her not knowing who we are, sure i was offended at first but i'm more than happy that she doesn't know. i've become close with her over these past few months! she was taking care of me while i broke my arm when i couldn't. she helped all of us! she won't act badly if we tell her, she'll be upset that she's been friends with idols without knowing most likely. so i want to tell her!"
"yeah i agree with minghao, i don't think she'll go crazy mad she'll just ask we didn't tell her earlier." joshua adds on
"well joshua, jeonghan, and minghao know her the best so how about you three do it?" wonwoo suggests "she'll believe it from the people she knows and trusts."
"hey how about me?" mingyu looks at wonwoo
"what about you?" hoshi raises a brow
"then it's settled! minghao, joshua, and jeonghan will break the news to her!" seungcheol stands up
"i just texted her and asked if we can come over," jeonghan puts his phone in his pocket
"ok hopefully she's available."
"she's not," jeonghan sighs. they all look at him "she's out with hyunjun and minnie. apparently soyeon is there too."
"what!?" mingyu shouts standing up
"yay a defending boyfriend," jun laughs
"what?" jeonghan looks at him
"s-soyeon is her ex! oh my gosh what if she feels uncomfortable? i need to go over there!"
"mingyu calm down! they've probably made up by now! it's been years so she's ok." woozi calms the tall boy down
"i'm just going to text her."
